LifeCycle Costing is very very important when we talk about Incremental delivery as in Agile.
Cuz Some of the products will go directly into the operation management field while others are still under development in the project management field so the project hasn't finished yet which means these costs are under the project manger responsibility and that's why as a project manager's you should be aware of that point...
