Just the word Valencia makes me shudder. Did the marathon just over a month ago and it was a dis-aster 😢. Poor organisation from the organisers especially re bag drop and pickup just compounded....hang just remembered when I got home my medal ribbon broke, yes I completed it in a PW IE: personal worse, and the medal itself broke on the floor. Did email the organisers and they couldn't have cared less tbh. Hope you have a better experience, not difficult, with your 10k Hannah.
Got 5k into yesterday's LR and was full of regret about not heading to the gym. Given I'd be at 10k by the time I got home and only had another 8k to do I stuck at it and splooshed my way through the slush. Grim but kinda fun. Hope you have a great time in Spain!
Hi, When you had that pre fracture what did it feel like? Been running 3 years and recently in December my highest distance over the month by 25% and ive stopped because of this kinda niggle / ache in my upper thigh / hip. Not a major pain or anything but have stopped for nearly two weeks now and its getting better very slowly. Very annoying as well as I improved massively over December. Continue the awesome work 👏 love to see your progress.
Oooh it is tricky as it is different for everyone and can be difficult to explain what it feels like! If you’re worried at all, I would definitely book a trip to the physio to get it checked 💪🏼you’ll be back before you know it, but good to be cautious until you’re sure what it is :) Thank you so much ☺️💪🏼
Running in the cold just makes coming back inside feel so cozy. Plus, usually have the trails to myself!
Yes that is very true!! 😍I do love it but when it’s icy and snowy I don’t really want the risk 😭
Yes. Snowy sidewalks and streets are so slippery they're scary, but if there's just dirt or gravel under the snow, it can be quite a joy.
That's a nice setup for your treadmill, being able to look out at your snowy garden while you runn. Safe travels and have a great race, Hannah!

Wear a gopro when u run sometimes like parkrun or local 10k, obvs dnt wear one when ur doing pro races..but please consider this idea.
