      The Narrow Gate
13 “You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell[f] is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. 14 But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.
      The Tree and Its Fruit
15 “Beware of false prophets who come disguised as harmless sheep but are really vicious wolves. 16 You can identify them by their fruit, that is, by the way they act. Can you pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17 A good tree produces good fruit, and a bad tree produces bad fruit. 18 A good tree can’t produce bad fruit, and a bad tree can’t produce good fruit. 19 So every tree that does not produce good fruit is chopped down and thrown into the fire. 20 Yes, just as you can identify a tree by its fruit, so you can identify people by their actions.
      True Disciples
21 “Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter. 22 On judgment day many will say to me, ‘Lord! Lord! We prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name.’ 23 But I will reply, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God’s laws.’23 “Then if anyone tells you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah,’ or ‘There he is,’ don’t believe it. 24 For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God’s chosen ones. 25 See, I have warned you about this ahead of time.
26 “So if someone tells you, ‘Look, the Messiah is out in the desert,’ don’t bother to go and look

WHO IS OVER ALL? Ephesians 4:6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. GOD and FATHER is OVER/ABOVE ALL and that "All" includes the SON so they are NOT EQUAL
THE BIBLE teaches that Jesus was MADE As Lord and Christ and as Son (ACTS 2:36, Prov 8, HEB 1:5), CREATED/PRODUCED/INSTALLED (Prov 8) , COME INTO BEING/MADE (Mat 21:42 - egeneto) and GIVEN LIFE by the Father - John 5:26 and it uses TODAY (Heb 1:5), and uses future tenses and is a prophecy in Isa 9:6 (Isa 9:6, - WILL BE) . If you are called MADE AND CREATED AND GIVEN LIFE, and NEVER CALLED in the BIBLE as Creator or Maker , then you are A CREATION. ALL FROM THE BIBLE
From the Lord was this (this is referring to the chief cornerstone who is Jesus) , the word WAS is egeneto (made or came into being) - Matthew 21:42 and the exact Greek word used in John 1:3 - MADE, egeneto (came into being) - JESUS WAS MADE/CAME INTO BEING FROM THE FATHER , yes, Jesus was MADE/CREATED!, See also Acts 2:36, Heb 1:5, 1 john 5
Isa 9:6 the word Prince in the Prince of Peace means PATRON ANGEL also Leader. WHO IS the ONE LEADER that we have? Jesus. Now, that same exact Hebrew word was used for Daniel 12:1 which is used for Michael the Archangel. So are you saying there are MANY LEADERS now?

Secondly, I suggest that you learn the difference between the Kingdom of Heaven and the Kingdom of God so that you can understand the two titles that Jesus has, Son of man and Son of God. Don't learn from a JW or their ridiculous fake bible. Get a real Bible, a King James Bible and watch the following video. Sam said it in the video.
"The lower case G" was "Added"
Sam indicated that the letter "A" was added to scriptures that aren't found in the Dead Sea Scrolls.
The NIV is the same way with taking out words and inserting words in the Bible that aren't found in the Dead Sea Scrolls and the King James Bible.
Surly, you know what would happen to people who play with the words of God, right.
I made my comment from my observations of differences between the old and the new bibles, not the old and new Testament.
I'm concerned that one wrong word can sincerely lead people astray, and no one can contest God in the great white throne of judgment for practicing man's word he added in the word of God, namely the Bible.
I hope I've answered your question in detail and you can find a conclusion in my comment I've made.
Bless you, buddy, and may we meet in the new heaven and the new earth of the new creation 🌎

In the prophecy at Isaiah 9:6 concerning the Messiah, the title “Mighty God” is applied to the promised Prince of Peace. This expression, however, translates the Hebrew ʼEl Gib·bohrʹ, not ʼEl Shad·daiʹ, which refers ONLY to Almighty God, Jehovah.
Jesus is called a mighty god which means a "powerful one" and judges, kings, and even Satan are called "gods" so that proves Jesus is NOT Almighty God.

TRINITY ROOTS a short historical sampling.
      Babylon: TRINITY
      Nimrod, Tammuz and Samiramis
BABYLON is the start of variuos Trinity worshiping. See> Genesis (10:8-12, 11:1-9)
      In Ancient Egypt: TRINITY
The Egyptian trinity is a group of three deities that includes Asar, Aset, and Heru:.
      In India 🇮🇳: TRINITY
It is often said that there is a trinity of Hindu gods: Brahma, the creator, Vishnu the preserver and Shiva the destroyer. But while Vishnu and Shiva have followers and temples all over India, Brahma is not worshiped as a major deity.
      In Ancient Rome: TRINITY
The Capitoline Triad was a group of three deities who were worshipped in ancient Roman religion in an elaborate temple on Rome's Capitoline Hill (Latin Capitolium). It comprised Jupiter, Juno and Minerva. The triad held a central place in the public religion of Rome
      Greece: TRINITY
The Olympian demiurgic triad in platonic philosophy was made up of Zeus (considered the Zeus [king of the gods] of the Heavens), Poseidon (Zeus of the seas) and Pluto/Hades (Zeus of the underworld
The legend and trinity gods have always been false gods. At various times in the bible, the Baal gods were trinity gods.
      See Jeremiah 23:
26 How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies, even the prophets of the deceit of their own heart?
27 that think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbor, as their fathers forgat my name for Baal.
Baal is also mentioned as Bel in older Hebrew text-Triune god concepts from demons.
The demons in the spirit realm have a way of shaping this into certain societies and cultures. It's often re branded as you can see, because one culture will not accept another culture's version of the trinity. The modern day trinits iteration that exist in Christendom today is heavily influenced by greek mythology.
And the modern day Trinity has its roots in Greek mythology. The Hellenistic period was coming to an end about 150 years or so after Christ death, later Satan ushered in slowly
the version of trinity into the early church fathers of Christendom 325AD.
formally ratified at the First Council of Nicaea in 325 AD. The Holy Spirit was included at the First Council of Constantinople (381 AD), where the relationship between the Father, Son and Holy Spirit as one substance (ousia) and three co-equal persons (hypostaseis) was formally ratified. And later, one of 5 more of the State/Government approved doctrines of these church father meetings took place in Ephesus. I think were at about 7 hese ecumenical councils meetings but it taken place about four hundred years or so for the trinity doctrine to become state approved by the various roman emperors. In short, before I go into much more, the current version of the trinity that exist in Christendom is just a reformatted, re-branded or more sophisticated version of the
Trinity, rebooted iteration with the Father- Son-Holy Spirit concept.
Over time, it has become a snare, similar to purgatory teaching and other unbiblical teachings of demons, the trinity psychological effect has produced a mental and emotional indoctrination of traditional paganistic origins i to the spiritually adulterous religions of Christendom today; Which in essence is a poorly replicated, mimic version of Christianity by Satan the Devil; Common aphorism has taken whole of identifying it as BABYLONTHEGREAT> Revelation 17-18.
Many of the so-called theologians or religious leaders of groups, small and large rarely touch on the topic because it's spiritual conscience and its teachings are not centered around the truth but adhering to limited text shaped around isolated dogma to prove some bizarre Trinity belief.
The woman in the book of Revelation is a spiritual harlot.
This religionist culture still exists today in Christendom.
      See Roman 2:24
For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you, even as it is written.
      Okay guys hope that's helpful🫡

DONT BE SCARED, THIS COVERS YOUR QUESTIONS ABOUT "MICHAEL" BUT DONT JUST LOOK, THE MORE IMPORTANT THING IS SCRIPTURE!
ITS ABOUT 15 MINUTES OF READING, ABOUT HAVE OF WHAT YOU VIDEO WAS.
The only holy angel other than Gabriel named in the Bible, and the only one called “archangel.” (Jude 9) The first occurrence of the name is in the tenth chapter of Daniel, where Michael is described as “one of the foremost princes” that came to the aid of a lesser angel who was opposed by the “prince of the royal realm of Persia.” Michael was called “the prince of [Daniel’s] people,” “the great prince who is standing in behalf of the sons of [Daniel’s] people.” (Dan. 10:13, 20, 21; 12:1) This points to Michael as the angel who led the Israelites through the wilderness. (Ex. 23:20, 21, 23; 32:34; 33:2) Lending support to this conclusion is the fact that “Michael the archangel had a difference with the Devil and was disputing about Moses’ body.”-Jude 9.
Scriptural evidence indicates that the name Michael applied to God’s Son before he left heaven to become Jesus Christ and also after his return. Michael is the only one said to be the “archangel,” meaning “chief angel” or “principal angel.” The term occurs in the Bible only in the singular. This seems to imply that there is but one whom God has designated chief or head of the angelic host. At 1 Thessalonians 4:16 the voice of the resurrected Lord Jesus Christ is described as being that of an archangel, suggesting that he is, in fact, himself the archangel. This text depicts him as descending from heaven with a “commanding call.” It is only logical, therefore, that the voice expressing this commanding call be described by a word that would not diminish or detract from the great authority that Christ Jesus now has as King of kings and Lord of lords. (Matt. 28:18; Rev. 17:14) If the designation “archangel” applied, not to Jesus Christ, but to other angels, then the reference to an “archangel’s voice” would not be appropriate. In that case it would be describing a voice of lesser authority than that of the Son of God.
There are also other correspondencies establishing that Michael is actually the Son of God. Daniel, after making the first reference to Michael (10:13), recorded a long-range prophecy reaching down to “the time of the end” (11:40), and then stated: “And during that time Michael will stand up” (12:1), that is, will take up power or begin to reign as king. (Compare Daniel 8:22, 23; 11:2, 3, 7, 20, 21.) This implies that a period of being seated preceded his standing up as king. In agreement therewith Hebrews 10:12, 13 says regarding Christ Jesus: “This man offered one sacrifice for sins perpetually and sat down at the right hand of God, from then on awaiting until his enemies should be placed as a stool for his feet.” Michael’s standing up was to lead to a “time of distress such as has not been made to occur since there came to be a nation until that time.”-Dan. 12:1.
The book of Revelation (12:7, 10, 12) mentions Michael in connection with the establishment of God’s kingdom and links this event with trouble for the earth: “And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled. And I heard a loud voice in heaven say: ‘Now have come to pass the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ, because the accuser of our brothers has been hurled down, . . . On this account be glad, you heavens and you who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea.’” Jesus Christ is later depicted as leading the heavenly armies in war against the nations of the earth. (Rev. 19:11-16) This would mean a period of distress for them, which would logically be included in the “time of distress” to follow Michael’s standing up. (Dan. 12:1) Since the Son of God is to fight the nations, it is only reasonable that he was the one who with his angels earlier battled against the superhuman dragon, Satan the Devil, and his angels.
In his prehuman existence Jesus was called “the Word.” (John 1:1) He also had the personal name Michael. By retaining the name Jesus after his resurrection (Acts 9:5), the “Word” shows that he is identical with the Son of God on earth. His resuming his heavenly name Michael and his title (or, name) “The Word of God” (Rev. 19:13) ties him in with his prehuman existence. The very name Michael, asking as it does, “Who is like God?”, points to the fact that Jehovah God is without like or equal and that Michael his archangel is his great Champion or Vindicator.
      ANY QUESTIONS?
      JER. 9:23
Thus saith Jehovah, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches; 24 but let him that glorieth glory in this, that he hath understanding, and knoweth me, that I am Jehovah who exerciseth lovingkindness, justice, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith Jehovah.

When you go to the Collosians passage, they have a footnote explaining that they had to add the word other so as to clear up the. Confusion that "could understandably be had" if they did not. Without clarification, it would appear to be sating that Jesus is God. According to the study note, "since we know he is not.." we had to insert the word other. Pribably went on because if you continue to answer a fool according to his folly, you become like him. "The wise man sees trouble, and hides himself.. the fool goes on and suffers for it" he answered them in 8:59 quoting ps 82 ( I think-I'm not in a place I can.check my bible). Your translators are shameless, adding words-a practice you just excused, cherry picking verses and avoiding whole passages, redefining things out of existence (like the word for worship) and in pride, simply not accepting what the word clearly says, like when Peter in Acts 5 clearly says of Ananias and Saphira when they lied about the price of rhw property they sold, " why have you lied to the Holy Spirit, you have not lied to man, but to God."
The Trinity is as clear and understandable as the next music you hear. To have music (a single thing) you must have three individual parts-the melody, the key it is played in and the rhythm. . Leave one out and you cannot hVe music. All music is made of those three parts, yet one entity. In the beginning was the Word, not Michael, and the word wS toward God, and the Word was God. 1 Jn 1 confirms this when he says "what we have seen...touched...the eternal one " might want to look it up, that's loosely quoted again bc I am not in a place where I can get my bible. That is what it says though. Take a moment to access the exact quote.

@@peggywells8581 : If there is someone who can actually understand the Trinity concept it would be the first. Paul called it a twisted teaching (Acts 20:30).
John 1:1 is about God's FIRST CREATION.
God has nothing called a beginning. A creation has.
(John 1:2) This one was in the BEGINNING WITH God (his Creator).
I wouldn't be using the bogus translation 'and the Word WAS God' to prove anything.
WAS is a past tense. Which would mean that the individual called the Word NO LONGER IS GOD.
'and the Word was a god' is what John wrote. Showing that God's first creation was a mighty being. An angel.

Deceptive in that he does not follow how some other bible translations read Acts 20:28 - to the uninformed a casual reading of said verse even in esv version one could conclude that God has physical Human blood which is impossible...and secondly one has to differentiate who was it that died?...was it Jesus or was it God who died??...if God did die then scripture at Habakkuk 1:12 is wrong where it says: " are you not God from long ago?
..oh my God you do NOT die" but Jesus died when he was nailed and Not God. And no, God does not have human blood since he is a spirit as John 4:24 says. Jesus says he was sent by God, and not that God came to earth as a man.

@@dbboi33 .. have you researched the various listings given in the Bible of the tribes of Israel?
When you have then you'll realize that in Revelation (writing completed in 96 C.E) this is not a literal list of actual tribes - there was no tribe of Levi or of Joseph - Joseph's two sons received his inheritance and the original tribe of Levi were not given their own land but were provided living arrangements within pre-existing cities. The Revelation listing of 12 tribes is symbolic not literal - scholars know this. The Jews as a nation were finished - they have no inheritance of the kingdom - literal Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 C.E - the heavenly Jerusalem is the bride of Christ made up of 144,000 anointed Christians - they are as angels in heaven (they have no gender and no need to procreate - even though some messenger angels have been given male names ie. Gabriele)
The 144,000 represent a spiritual bride - a new creation - these have been bought from the earth and co-rule with Christ in heaven as kings over the earth - they also have priestly duties that will apply the value of the ransom to those living on earth after Armageddon.
Only Jehovah's Witnesses have identified the spiritual bride - the seed of the 'woman' mentioned in Genesis 3:15 - the prophecy sees fulfilment in Revelation with the marriage of the Lamb.
Only Jehovah's Witnesses have identified the 'faithful and discreet slave' - no other religion or church of Christendom has claimed a spirit anointed slave class - a governing body that directs God's people during the last days and establishes a global network of Christian congregations that preaches the "good news of the kingdom" to all the nations, just as Jesus foretold. - Matthew 24:14

Greek roots in the churches of Christendom. How their version of their Trinity got its roots.
The Classical Greek Olympic triad of Zeus (king of the gods), Athena (goddess of war and intellect) and Apollo (god of the sun, culture and music)
The Delian chief triad of Leto (mother), Artemis (daughter) and Apollo (son) and second Delian triad of Athena, Zeus and Hera.
The apostle Paul made mention of them in the book of Acts 17: He had such individuals approaching him from the Epicureans, The Greek stoic philosophers and the modern day. Christendom churches evolved out of that, Greek and Roman Hellenistic culture. And that's how you see the Trinity. Has taken shape today. The other triune gods were destroyed by God's people leading up to
Jesus descension to earth. The ancient Baal gods in the Bible text were often triune gods made with human hands or their imagination. Eventually, they were all destroyed in the Hebrew era or writings of the Bible and its history and the modern day version of this Titanic demonic teaching. Is the current brand filtered through the churches of Christendom this Trinity doctrine Evolved out of Babylon as well. The Egyptians had their version of it and then crept into the European culture. And their brand of christianity now features the last part of the trinity described in the Bible, for all its network of churches as Babylon the Great.

@@dyljenings Not even one word of this is historically valid. There isn’t a shred of evidence that any pagan or Egyptian mythology played a role in the New Testament’s teaching of the deity of Christ and the Holy Spirit.
It all comes from the Old Testament teachings depicting God both as the Heavenly Father and as a personal God who walked with Adam and ate with Abraham, and as the angel of his presence appearing from the burning bush to Moses and mentioned in Genesis, Exodus, Isaiah, etc. Prophesied in Daniel to receive the everlasting kingdom and by Zechariah to be pierced and mourned. These are the things, among many others, the New Testament explicitly cite.

@DefinedFaith In ancient Egypt-or Kemet, as it was known to its people at the time-one key concept was the relationship among three deities, Asar, Aset, and Heru

You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form. 38 But you do not have His word abiding in you, because whom He sent, Him you do not believe. 39 You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me.

Does that mean that we are Gods too?

The term "The First and the Last" applies both to Jehovah God and to his Son, Jesus, but with different meanings. Consider two examples.
    ● At Isaiah 44:6, Jehovah says: “I am the first and I am the last. There is no God but me.” Here Jehovah highlights that he is the everlasting true God; besides him, there is no other. (Deuteronomy 4:35, 39) In this case, then, the expression “the first and the last” has the same meaning as “the Alpha and the Omega.”
    ● Additionally, the term “the First [pro’tos, not alpha] and the Last [e’skha·tos, not omega]” occurs at Revelation 1:17, 18 and 2:8. In these verses, the context shows that the one referred to died and later returned to life. Thus, these verses cannot refer to God because he has never died. (Habakkuk 1:12) However, Jesus died and was resurrected. (Acts 3:13-15) He was the first human to be resurrected to immortal spirit life in heaven, where he now lives “forever and ever.” (Revelation 1:18; Colossians 1:18) Jesus is the one who performs all resurrections thereafter. (John 6:40, 44) Therefore, he was the last one to be resurrected directly by Jehovah. (Acts 10:40) In this sense, Jesus can properly be called “the First and the Last.”

      Yep ...
      All good points ....
And even beyond this, since Christ's words at Rev. 1:17 and 2:8 were recorded by John in Greek. Then they should match the readings in the Greek LXX at those Isaiah passages if Jesus is indeed quoting from there.
But none of them really do as the Hebrew Masoretic text and the Greek LXX readings differ on the titles at all those verses in Isaiah.
Also of note, is that we honestly can't even be completely certain Jesus ever said "I am the first and last" at Rev. 1:17 and 2:8!
Because one of the great uncial manuscripts, the 5th cent. CE Codex Alexandrinus (or "Codex A"). Which reputedly contains the best textual witness that exist today for the book of Revelation. Does not read "I am the first and last" at those verses. But "I am the firstborn and the last."
So we can't be sure of what title Jesus originally used there to begin with. ....

26 I have many things to say and to judge of you: but he that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him.
27 They understood not that he spake to them of the Father.

29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.
30 As he spake these words, many believed on him.
      31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

Who were those who appeared to Abraham? Paul helps.

People who read the OT accounts written by Moses may jump to the conclusion that it was God himself who appeared and spoke. It wasn't. See Hebrews 1:1.
Hence, the reason for John to state that God has never been seen by humans.
Here is what God told Moses:
(Exodus 33:20) But he added: “You cannot see my face, for NO MAN CAN SEE ME AND LIVE.”

     Thats good you understand.
Im talking about the millions of Catholic and Protestants that have never even heard or seen "Jehovah" in there Bibles.
If a normal Bible reader read Psalm 110:1...how could they know who LORD is unless someone explained it?
If you don't believe me...just go ask a random Christian what is Gods name.
They'll probably say Jesus or, "i didnt know God had a name."
    Malachi 1:11
Proverbs 18:10 - If Gods name is so important, why remove it?
It's funny how some say the NWT changed things. And yet, most bibles have the audacity to remove the most important name in the Bible...the author himself!
But we are Jehovah's Witnesses - Isaiah 43:10
We bear witness to Him and who He is, as did our Lord Jesus, the faithful and true witness - Rev 3:14
God will not allow his name to be lost in time. For he has chosen a people to make him known! - Acts 15:14.
Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! - 2 Cor 1:3
"For this reason I bend my knees to the Father, to whom every family in heaven and on earth owes its name!" - Eph 3:15
    Amen!

I have seen the video and I have read the comments. Here's is my conclusion; We weren't meant to fully grasp this concept. This topic has just enough ambiguity to keep ALL of us engaged and searching for truth. How else would you explain all the JW's in the comment section standing firm in their belief in spite of what was said in the video? Ultimately I think the answer we all seek will be provided by Christ himself in heaven.
That being said, what are the ramifications believing or not believing that Jesus is God?
For example, the Christian vs Atheist debate has a common idiom of sorts; "If I believe in God and it turns out that he doesn't exist? No harm no foul. But if the atheist turns out to be wrong, it's fire and brimstone etc.
So what are the ramifications of Believing one way or the other for Christians and JWs regarding Jesus?

Eternal life hinges on KNOWING THE ONLY TRUE GOD. Then Jesus adds himself as a criteria. Thus, if people confuse God with Jesus, guess they won't be around to learn anything.

BAAL is one of the early forms of this god(s) concept. It also made its way into Egypt➡(Father God Osiris, the Mother Goddess Isis, and the Son Horus)
BAAL demonism also made its way into India➡(Hindu gods: Brahma the creator, Vishnu the preserver and Shiva the destroyer)
BAAL spiritism rebranded this demonic concept into Greece & Rome in the Hellenistic Period, or Hellenism; those demonic concepts
were ushered in the Greek version of the trinity god(s)➡Greek Olympic triad of Zeus (king of the gods), Athena (goddess of war and intellect) and Apollo (god of the sun, culture and music. And then the Roman version trinity god(s)➡ Jupiter (protector of the state), Juno (protector of women) and Minerva (goddess of craft and wisdom).
BAAL lastly was deployed into Catholicism The belief in the Holy Trinity was officially agreed upon by church leaders, from the Roman Empire, at the Council of Nicea in the year 325 CE. Roman Emperor Constantine called for the meeting of church leaders in order to settle disputes among them. They had 6 more of these type of councils over 1800 years or so.

      KJV 1611 Revelation 17:1👇
And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:

3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration

I have a doubt, could someone help me? In the Bible, not in every time the word "things" is said, that word means "creation" or "created one". Look at 1 Corinthians 15:27-28 (NKJV): "For 'He has put all things under His feet.' But when He says 'all things are put under Him,' it is evident that He who put all things under Him is excepted. Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all." That means that in another parts of the Bible, like 1 Colossians 1:15-17, could God be consider himself a "thing", not in the sense of being "created" but in the sense of being a "being", the Creator "being" or "thing"? Jesus was an ANGEL son of God.
Apples can be compared to apples fact.
If Jesus was God, then there was NO SACRIFICE made TO God for us. We have no hope.
JWs preach the TRUTH as did Jesus. That is why all these attempts are made to discredit JWs. Else, why bother with them?
Jesus also couldn't be ignored. He told the Jews:
(John 8:40) But now you are seeking to kill me, A MAN who has told you THE TRITH I HEARD FROM GOD.
Did Jesus claim to be God or a Prophet of God?
Search for truth and you will find it.
Have falsehoods forced down a throat and end up being one of those whom Jesus referred to at Matthew 7:13.

@@samueljennings4809 .. of course you don't make sense because you're ignorant and making things up to suit yourself.
You've totally missed the point - Jesus was resurrected as a spirit - the same form he had in heaven with his Father, before being sent to the earth. His ascension to heaven after some 40 days appearing to his disciples, does not count as being exalted to a higher position when he had that position in the first place.
It is in heaven itself that Jesus is exalted, because his situation is different than it was before - he had learned obedience in human form - he did not gain this experience in heaven. Jesus proved beyond doubt that a perfect human could remain obedient to God under test - the perfect man Adam could have done the same had he chosen to - Adam's sin was inexcusable. Jesus not only gave his life, but he suffered in the process for some 6 hours on a Roman execution stake - it was the worst form of torture during that period in human history.
Jesus was fully aware of his God-given assignment, yet he agreed to it because he loved his Father and understood the purpose of the ransom - Proverbs 8:31 tells us that out of all the things created, Jesus was 'fond of the sons of men' - he willingly gave his life on behalf of all those who would 'exercise faith in the ransom' - John 3:16
Having completed this assignment, not only did Jesus prove Satan to be a liar, by keeping his integrity and remaining obedient to his Father's will - he was able to provide the value of his sacrifice to his Father, who could now, on that basis release humans from sin and death if they chose to learn his requirements for living in a future paradise earth. - John 17:3
Note Jesus' announcement at Matthew 28:18
Jesus approached and spoke to them [his disciples], saying: “All authority has been given me in heaven and on the earth. 19 Go, therefore, and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.”

I want to let you know that this text Acts 20:28 can absolutely be understood in two different ways. One way is to view the last two words "his own" as referring to "His (God's) blood" and the other way is to view "his own" as an ellipsis referring to another person who is "his own." Which we know, of course, can be none other than His Son Jesus. This is the basis for the rendering "the blood of his [Son]."
Many, many Trinitarian "scholars" admit this. Some like this detractor doesn’t want you to know the full truth. So he hides it.
Anyway, I spoke with a professor at Pacific Rim Bible College in Hawaii named Gary Manning. He has a PHD in New Testament studies, and in Biblical languages and textual criticism. When discussing Acts 20:28 with him he wrote me this:
“The passage in Acts is interesting, and can be read as "purchased with his own [God's] blood." But as you point out, another legitimate reading is "purchased with the blood of his own [son]," since the Greek word idios (= "his own") can function either as a noun or adjective. I tried to favor such a translation there.”
Renowned Trinitarian Bruce Metzger well realized that this passage is best understood as a possessive genitive. The one whose blood purchased the congregation belonged to God.
Bruce Metzger explains: "This absolute use of idios is found in Greek papyri as a term of endearment referring to near relatives. It is possible, therefore, that 'his Own' (o idios) was a title that early Christians gave to Jesus, comparable to 'the Beloved' (o agaphtos); compare Ro[mans] 8.32, where Paul refers to God 'who did not spare tou idiou uiou' in a context that clearly alludes to G[e]n[esis] 22.16, where the Septuagint has agaphtou uiou."
Metzger, B. M. A Textual Commentary on the Greek New Testament. 2nd ed. (Stuttgart: United Bible Societies, 1971.), 426.
That is why many respected Trinitarian Bible translations will fairly offer this legitimate alternative translation or rendering. For example, check out the footnote in the NIV Study Bible.
"his own blood. Lit. 'the blood of his own one,' a term of endearment (such as 'his own dear one') referring to His own Son."
This is actually more in harmony with the rest of the Bible which combines to say what 1 John 1:7 tells us, " the blood of Jesus His (God's) Son cleanse us from all sin." (NASB)

Well said, but there's one other important thing regarding the use of Greek that you left out. It is the phrase "the church of God" around which translation revolves.
      1) "the church of God" is found in Greek manuscripts Sinaiticus (350 AD), Vaticanus (350 AD), Syriac manuscripts and other later Greek ones.
      2) "the church of the Lord" is found in Greek manuscripts Alexandrinus (425 AD), Ephraemi (600s AD), Bezae (700 AD), p74 (800s AD) and other later ones.
"the church of God, which he purchased with 'the blood of his own'." shows it's God's blood.
"the church of the Lord, which he purchased with 'the blood of his own'." shows it
      s either God's or Jesus's blood.
The older texts support "God's blood" as a viable translation, and I don't think the JWs try to use the later texts of "the Lord's blood" as supportive evidence. So they try to engineer an argument based on "possible" alternate understandings of "idiou" to leverage "the blood of his own Son" as the only legitimate translation option.
Well done on your research. I just wanted to make others aware of the other textual variant of "the church of the Lord" that might come up in discussions.

Thanks for taking time to make those expressions. Yes it wouldn’t matter to us if it was Lord’s blood since Jesus is called Lord in scripture. And yet saying congregation of God doesn’t mean it’s God’s blood.
That’s why my focus in my comment was “his own” which is “idios” used and implied in scripture. See the context. John 1:11, “His own [people]. John 13:1, “His own [disciples]. John 19:27, “His own [home]. 1 Timothy 5:8, “His own [family]. Acts 21:6, “His own” what? Families. Acts 24:23, “His own” what? Friends.
Acts 4:23, “And being let go, they went to their own company, and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said unto them.”-KJV
      His own” what? Company.
Acts 28:20, “His own” what? None other than God’s beloved Son.
Again, it was common in Koine Greek to use the word "own" in this respect and leave the reader to understand what is implied but not stated. The Implied Meaning is what the writer expects the reader to understand. We can see plainly that there is nothing unusual about first century Greek writers using the word idios ("own") without an accompanying noun and that an idea was simply implied and expected to be understood by the reader.
In fact, we can see from the above evidences in Acts that Luke himself has a habit of writing this way. He does the very same thing four times in this same book of Acts. In each and every case, we are are left to infer what the word "own" intends to imply to us.
      Again, thanks for your comment.

The Father applied psalm 102:24-27 to his son the Lord Jesus Christ in hebrew 1:8-12 so you have the Father calling his son God and that he created the foundation of the earth and the heavens are the works of his hands. so don't be ignorant and blind because you are being decieved please open you're blinded eyes ✝️

I don't quite understand this. It sounds counterintuitive. He saying that the Jehovah's witnesses use the scriptures. Are we not to use the scriptures as the authority!
And we're looking at what the scriptures say, but he's telling us we're not supposed to believe what the scripture say because of how Jehovah's witnesses may interpret them. 🤔 He says it doesn't matter what the Bible, even his ESV version. John 14:28 ESV You heard me say to you, 'I am going away, and I will come to you. ' If you loved me, you would have rejoiced, because I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.
I will say he does have something correct, In that going to look up Greek or other complicated words. It's really unnecessary, Jesus spoke in plain common terms and at times he used illustrations. The people who followed him ranged from various backgrounds. They were common people, housewives, fisherm and and so forth the scriptures aren't meant to be confusing, so individuals trying to put Jesus as God, when hundreds of scriptures plainly say he's the Son of God are typically the ones that go that route. Its truly not necessary.
And as one of jehovah's witnesses I will Not debate on such things. Maybe share a few scriptures. If the person disagrees, fine we share scriptures and we go our way, whether individuals believe Jehovah's witnesses Bible based beliefs or not. We encourage you all to do like we do and what we are commissioned to do by God the father and Jesus Christ.
    English Standard Version
Acts 20:20 how I did not shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, and teaching you in public and from house to house,
Matthew 6:9-10 Jesus says➡️After this manner therefore pray ye. Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy Kingdom come. So Thy will be done, as in heaven, so on earth.
So, like many of you, we are wanting the peace that is to come through the Kingdom. That's what we preach.
I believe what this gentleman is talking about is the Trinity thing, and because we don't see it in scripture and certainly it's not a word In the bible, we don't get involved with all that, but what we do, Yes, listen to Jesus. So the father figure in the Trinity Godhead, whats wrong with us worshiping Him.
At least you all will give us credit by listening to Jesus.⬇️
The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.
20 Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.
21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.
22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.🙏

JW’s believe all must repent and turn around and ask forgiveness in the name of Jesus Christ. Having faith in the Ransom sacrifice of Jesus blood and death. Without that there would be no hope.
They correctly he believe God sent his Son not himself to die for us.

“ For the Father judges no one, but has committed all judgment to the Son, 23 *that all should honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him* ” John 5
JW do not honor Jesus like the Father, which means they don’t honor God at all.
“Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; *for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins* .” John 8:25
“ Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” col 2:8-9
JW are not born again, they don’t have the Holy Spirit but rather an antichrist spirit which makes them reject the divinity of Christ. They have received doctrines of demons and been led astray by false prophets/wolves in sheep clothings (Charles Taze Russell).
They aren’t free from sin and they’re not saved.

@@faustinem9071 We do believe Jesus is he, the Messiah, “the Son of the Living God.” (Matthew 16:16) Who might the living God be? Leave God’s Name in Jeremiah 10:10 and it tells us. And it’s not Jesus. He isn’t the Son of himself. So how many God’s do you have?
Okay, “That all may honor the Son they honor the Father.”
JUST AS is “kathos” in the Greek. You are implying that if we honor the Son just as we honor the only true God (in the person of the Father), then we are honoring him as God!
However,”kathos” simply does not have to mean “exactly equal” as you want me to believe. There is no proof that John 5:23 has to mean that the honor given to the Son has to be exactly equal in quantity and quality as that given to the Father.
Consider to Matthew 5:48 where it says, “You (true worshipers of God) must therefore be perfect, just as your heavenly father is perfect.” (NJB) But God (and only God) is absolutely perfect. So what happens when you apply the same type of your Trinitarian reasoning to this scripture?
      1 Samuel 2:30:
"...But now Jehovah declares: “It is unthinkable, on my part, because those honoring me I will honor, but those despising me will be treated with contempt.”
Jehovah honors those who honor Him. It doesn't say anything about identical honor does it?
Also the expression "just as" is used in John 17. So would a Trinitarian require that the disciples oneness be exactly the same as the oneness the Father and Son gave to them?
You tell me. Thanks for your comment but it was not fully informed.

@rogerlau4932 You don't know Sam the way I do. Sam has been debating J.W. for over 20 years. He knows he's lying and misrepresenting them, and you are now more misguided because you listen to him.
I doubt this will make any difference to you or people following Sam, Trinitarian nut jobs in general. It doesn't matter for most people; they are going to believe not according to evidence but according to what they want to believe. Sam is a vessel for confirmation bias. Let's dive into that.
I will break down a single point for you, and if you don't collapse completely, then I'll address all the other silly claims Sam made. How does that sound?
Sam says that the N.W.T. suffers from lowercase god syndrome. Sam is completely mistaken; he suffers from a functional misunderstanding.
J.W. are correct about John 1:1, which is no longer a debate. The debate ended over 100 years ago. It's funny how Sam, now Catholic, doesn't accept the Catholic scholar's position, which has admitted the Jehovah's Witness translation of John 1:1 is correct. But he can't, huh? He's a tool.
Here is a Catholic link that admits so
      catholicnick.blogspot.com/2010/06/jws-are-correct-about-john-11-jesus-is.html
Then you have the early Church Fathers' views of Christ that support the J.W. rendering:
Justin Martyr (c. 100 - c. 165 AD): Justin Martyr was an early Christian apologist and philosopher. In his works, especially in his "First Apology" and "Dialogue with Trypho," Justin interprets the Logos (Word) as a divine being distinct from God the Father but closely associated with Him. He refers to the Logos as the "first-begotten" of God and as a divine intermediary between God and humanity.
Clement of Alexandria (c. 150 - c. 215 AD): Clement of Alexandria was a Christian theologian who emphasized the role of the Logos in the universe and in human salvation. He viewed the Logos as the divine principle of reason and wisdom through which God created and sustains the world. Clement's writings suggest that he saw the Logos as a divine being, distinct from but closely related to God.
Origen (c. 184 - c. 253 AD): Origen was a highly influential Christian theologian and scholar. He interpreted John 1:1 in his works, such as "De Principiis" and his commentaries on the Gospel of John, as indicating the pre-existence and divinity of the Logos. Origen believed that the Logos was a divine being, begotten by God the Father before all creation and that the Logos played a central role in God's plan for salvation. In his commentary on John 1:1, Origen emphasizes the pre-existence and divine status of the Word, suggesting a qualitative understanding of the verse, as Jehovah's Witnesses do.
It's worth knowing that the translation that renders the sons of God as gods or that supports Sons of God theology is not unique to Jehovah's Witnesses. That's what the Jews believed (Psalms 8:5, Psalms 82:6, 1 Corinthians 8:5, 2 Corinthians 4:4). All the sons of God are gods, whether they are good or bad; they existed in the same form as the Father. Trinitarians changed the meaning of nature and essence to mean Trinity. That's not how these words were used or understood by the writers of the scriptures. You and I share the same nature; we're both humans, but not the same being, aren't we? Humans make humans; the sons of God are gods, and God is described as spirit (John 4:24). God's sons are described in the same way; He makes them spirit (Psalm 104:4). You can disagree all you want, but Jehovah's Witnesses base their beliefs on the most ancient understanding of the scriptures. Do you think Sam, in all his knowledge, doesn't know these facts?
Let me ask you again, is Sam stupid, ignorant, or dishonest?
I need you to understand that there is a difference between people who sincerely believe in the Trinity. I worship alongside Trinitarians all the time. They are beautiful Christians, God-fearing people with incredible devotion. I disagree with them, but I love them, and they are my brothers and sisters in Christ. I don't believe we are saved because we have accurate knowledge of metaphysics. You took this comment personally; it wasn't about you. I don't know you; you may be a great guy. I don't agree with J.W. on salvation teachings, which is much more important than the Trinity. The Trinity is never a matter of salvation; nowhere do we see that unless we believe that Jesus is God Almighty, we are not saved. These are empty arguments, and how is misrepresenting J.W. going to help them? It doesn't. It does the opposite. Most J.W. know Sam is lying; it reinforces their beliefs. They can be wrong, and they are on many doctrinal teachings. That doesn't mean they are wrong about everything. They are not. The Devil can't deceive people using only lies, my friend.
Here are more translations that support J.W. rendering of John 1:1:
An American Translation (Smith-Goodspeed): the Word was divine
The Kingdom Interlinear Translation of the Greek Scriptures: the Word was a god.
The New Testament in Modern Speech (Richard Francis Weymouth): the word was "divine."
The New Testament: A Translation (David Bentley Hart): the Logos was god.
The New Testament: A Translation (Charles A. Anderson Hayes): the Word was divine.
The problem is not the J.W. Trinitarian scholars have tampered with translations, confusing people. Your rendering of John 1:1 is grammatically impossible.
If anything, you now know people have reasons. Are you going to be another Sam, or are you going to stand up for the truth? Like I said, I disagree with J.W. on many topics, but I don't need to mischaracterize them to prove my point. The truth needs no lies

Ever read of Christians going around trying to convince people that Jesus was God?

I don't think any of the churches of Christendom have any "real" tracts, but rather hate material. Most of Christendom focus on teaching their members false concepts and hoarding them into thier religious facilities to fill the pockets of its church leaders. Tithing is one example. Tithing was ephemeral under the Levitical priesthood. Free christian origins and is not a requirement of christians at least true christians. The members from what I understand do not explain the reasoning from the scriptures as to this requirements of its members. I suppose oftentimes these religious leaders are filling their pockets handsomely history and upholding lavish lifestyles. All of this is unscriptural and is not a model of true christians of jesus day and shortly after. And of course, there's central doctrine of the Trinity for most of these churches and how ridiculous and awful that whole thought is. No spirituality and no salvation can come through that diabolic teaching.

FYI - do a bit of research instead of watching movies - there is no such name as 'lucifer' - the term comes from the Latin verb, meaning 'light bearer' and has been misrepresented by ignorant people who don't understand the bible verses in context that refer to the 'bright morning star' - associated with Jesus (not Satan) - the brief verses concerning the fall of the king of Babylon has nothing to do with Satan's fall from his position as a perfect angel that chose to rebel against God's authority.
The bible is clear - Jesus was created in the spirit realm as the first of God's creative acts - before the material Universe - Jesus had a pre-human existence in heaven alongside his Father - the only-begotten spirit Son of God, through whom all other things were created, whether in heaven or on earth. Read Proverbs 8:22-31
Names have meanings - especially in bible times - God's unique name derived from the Hebrew Tetragrammaton YHWH - Yahweh (Jehovah) means 'to cause to become' - a derivative of the Hebrew verb - an appropriate name for the Creator who gives purpose to his creation.
The name Michael means 'who is like God' - an appropriate name for Jesus in the heavenly realm who became co-creator of each individual angel, himself being a mighty angelic being - a direct creation of his Father, Jehovah. Hence, in heaven Jesus is also known as Michael the Archangel having charge over all the myriads of other angels that he helped bring into existence under the direction of his Father.
Yet, according to Proverbs 8:31, Jesus is especially 'fond of the sons of men' for whom he gave his life as a ransom to redeem humans from sin and death.

2:20 : Anyway all the English translations are wrong even the NWT, when they say "only-begotten God" because the Greek Word is not "God" but "Son" : the verse should literally be read : "the only-begotten Son who is *in* *the* *bosom* of the Father". Not even "in the arms", but "in the bosom", which is stronger as far as the deep meaning of this verse is concerned.
There is another verse not mentioned in this video : *Colossians* *2:* *9* speaks about Jesus :
NKJV : "For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily"
NWT : "because it is in him that all the fullness of the divine *quality* dwells bodily" : You notice the word *"quality"* has been added because you can have the "quality" of something without being this thing in essence, you can look like a thing without being this thing in essence, so here the JWs want you to believe that Jesus has the "quality" of God, but is not God in his very essence !
BUT, if you look at the JW's interlinear Greek translation, it reads :
ἐν αὐτῷ κατοικεῖ πᾶν τὸ πλήρωμα τῆς θεότητος σωματικῶς,
In him is dwelling all the fulness of the divinity bodily"
So, the JW's interlinear greek translation doesn't have the word "quality" added because it is NOT in the Greek !!
We've just proven the NWT wrong and twisted once more....

John 1:18 has the word god not son in the Greek. monogenes theos.
Hence the NWT states it correctly.
(John 1:18) No man has seen God at any time; the only-begotten god who is at the Father’s side is the one who has explained Him.
Jesus had been an angel at God's side. Thus, mighty being (a god) applied to him is correct.
Obviously Jesus was never God. People SAW him. John 1:18 states that no human has SEEN God at ANY TIME.

    Finally, this.
    Revelation 5:8-14.
Read this passage. Even in the New World translation, it says Jesus is worshiped. It also says, worshiped in the Greek interlinear translation.
    Their OWN translation.
Verse 13: “And EVERY creature which is in heaven, and on the Earth, and under the Earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying:
“ Blessing and honor and glory and power be to Him who sits on the throne, AND to the Lamb, forever and ever!”
Verse 14: “ then the four living creatures said, “Amen!”
And the 24 elders fell down and worshiped him who lives forever and ever.
If Jesus Christ was a created being, he would be part of the “every creature” description, which is in heaven and on the Earth and under the Earth and such as are in the sea. But He is not a creature because he was not created. He is being worshiped, and there is no way to talk your JW way out of it.
    It’s in your own Bible!
Jesus is not created, not a creature, and is being worshipped, right next to Jehovah.
    Jesus is God.

The Bible writers very often excluded the subject (and others) when using the term "every" and "all". This is a common usage even today. For example, the police sergeant making an arrest of a criminal group might say: "Everyone in this room is under arrest!" Obviously the sergeant does not include himself (nor his captain who is with him) even though he says "everyone"! Or "the criminal tied up everyone in the room before stealing the gems."
A similar expression appears in Philippians 2:10, "So that in the name of Jesus every knee should bend of those in heaven and those on earth...." But, obviously, the Father in heaven does not bend his knee, and Jesus certainly does not bend his knee to himself! This, too, should be a qualified "every knee".
It's the same with the expression "every creature" in Revelation 5:13. The Bible clearly says God created Jesus (Revelation 3:14; Proverbs 8:22-23; John 6:57; Colossians 1:15).

Thanks for your comment. Some Trinitarians indeed tell us that Micah 5:2 teaches that Jesus has always existed ("from everlasting" - KJV). And since only God has existed for all eternity, Jesus must be Almighty God.
But look at other Trinitarian translations of Micah 5:2. (E.g., "O Bethlehem ..., from you shall come forth for me one who is to be ruler in Israel, whose origin is from of old, from ancient days" - RSV, compare with JB, NEB, REB, NAB, NIV, AT, Mo, NRSV, NJB, Byington, and Young's.)
AMP - His goings forth (appearances) are from long ago, From ancient days.
Byington - his origins being from of old, from ancient days.
CSB - His origin is from antiquity, from ancient times.
ESV - whose coming forth is from of old, from ancient days.
GNT - whose family line goes back to ancient times.
GWT - His origins go back to the distant past, to days long ago.
NAB - Whose origin is from of old, from ancient times.
NCV - He comes from very old times, from days long ago.
NLT - whose origins are in the distant past.
NIV - whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.
NRSV - whose origin is from of old, from ancient days.
Not only does this verse NOT teach that Jesus has always existed, it even speaks of his origin in very ancient times. The word origin is defined as "a coming into existence" in the Webster's New World Dictionary, 1973 and "rise, beginning, or derivation from a source" in the Merriam-Webster Dictionary.
Why would these Trinitarian translations admit such a thing? Perhaps because it is difficult to honestly translate the Hebrew motsaah with a word that does not include this understanding. Even when "goings forth" is the rendering, it appears it should also be with the understanding of "originating." For example, if we said "the command went forth from the King," we obviously mean the command originated with - or sprang from - the king! And when Micah 5:2 says of the Messiah: "O Bethlehem ..., from you shall come forth [the Messiah]," it can only mean that, in his earthly existence, he originated in Bethlehem.
Obviously for so many respected Trinitarian translators to choose this meaning ("origin") they must feel there is no other honest choice! The only meanings given by Gesenius for this word in his highly-respected Lexicon are "origin, springing" - #4163, Gesenius - cf. Micah 5:1 in The Jewish Publication Society's Bible translation, Tanakh.
And A Concise Hebrew and Aramaic Lexicon of the Old Testament gives the only meaning for this word as used in Micah 5 as "origin." - p. 187, Eerdmans.
It must mean that his pre-existence as a spirit person in heaven originated in very ancient times (as the very beginning of God's creation - Rev. 3:14; Prov. 8:22). The Bible Greek of the ancient Septuagint, in fact, at Micah 5:2 says: "and his goings forth were from the beginning [arkhe], from ancient days [aionos]."
The NIV Study Bible, in a footnote for Micah 5:2 explains: "origins...from of old. His beginnings were much earlier than his human birth."
BUT THE TRUE, ETERNAL GOD HAD NO BEGINNING!
As for the Hebrew word olam, it can often be understood as “ancient times” or “of old” and does not necessarily refer to “eternity.” It can simply mean an indefinite period of time. It is used at Numbers 25:13 to apply to the Levitical priesthood, which did last for an indefinite period of time, coming to its end more than 1900 years ago. Here is a sampling of how olam is used in the following scriptures in the NASB:
      of old (Gen 6:4)
      days of old (Deuteronomy 32:7)
      From ancient times (Joshua 24:2)
from ancient times. (1 Samuel 27:8)
      the ancient path (Job 22:15)
      the ancient boundary (Proverbs 22:28)
      the ancient boundary (Proverbs 23:10)
      the ancient nation (Isaiah 44:7)
      ancient ruins (Isaiah 58:12)
      ancient ruins (Isaiah 61:4)
the days of old. (Isaiah 63:9)
the days of old (Isaiah 63:11)
      an ancient nation, (Jeremiah 5:15)
      the ancient paths (Jeremiah 6:16)
      the ancient paths (Jeremiah 18:15)
the ancient waste places (Ezekiel 26:20)
the days of old (Malachi 3:4)
Micah 5:2 literally says "days of olam." This same wording is found again in Micah at Micah 7:14:
Let them feed in Bashan and Gilead as in the days of old [‘days of olam’] (Micah 7:14).
Try substituting “eternity” in the above scriptures. It’s clear that the NASB has rendered olam correctly in those scriptures.
So, adding the fact that the Messiah had a beginning in this verse to the possibility of olam meaning “ancient” as translated here in numerous Trinitarian Bibles and and in many other scriptures, it seems evident that the RSV has correctly rendered Micah 5:2 -
(RSV) Micah 5:2 But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, who are little to be among the clans of Judah, from you shall come forth for me one who is to be ruler in Israel, whose origin is from of old, from ancient days.
The New Word Translation also correctly rendered Micah 5:2:
And you, O Bethʹle·hem Ephʹra·thah, The one too little to be among the thousands of Judah, From you will come out for me the one to be ruler in Israel, Whose origin is from ancient times, from the days of long ago.
It's also very important to examine Micah 5:4 where YHWH or Jehovah is recognized as being the God of the Messiah! The NIVSB tells us in a footnote for this verse that the LORD [`Jehovah'] here - the God of the Messiah - refers to "God the Father."

Look at their explanation: “First and the Last” has been interpreted a number of ways, over the years, with reemergence of older interpretations that had already once been discarded, with a more recent ones being that Jesus was the first to human to have a new immortal spirit body created for him, and the last sacrifice (a propitiatory sacrifice) needed for sin.

The 2nd person of Man comes out of the 3rd person of man, the flesh...This depicts the 2nd Person of God comes forth , out of the 3rd person of God, the Spirit..
We also know if He came out of God He is God, yet He that begats is greater than He that is begotten. Jesus said, "My Father is greater than I ."

You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form. 38 But you do not have His word abiding in you, because whom He sent, Him you do not believe. 39 You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me.

After this has been done, (I intend) to bring forward the discourses of the Lord, so that they may not only be rendered destitute of the means of attacking us, but that, aince they will be unable reasonably to reply to those questions which are put, they may see that their plan of argument is destroyed; so that, either returning to the truth, and humbling themselves, and ceasing from their multifarious phantasies, they may propitiate God for those blasphemies they uttered against Him, and obtain salvation; or that, if they srill persevere in that systrm of vainglory which has taken possession of their minds, THEY MAY AT LEAST FIND IT NECESSARY TO CHANGE THEIR ARGUMENT AGAINST US.

A significant fact concerning the Coptic language is that, unlike the Greek, it used an indefinite article ("a" or "an" in English).

I have one question I’ve always wanted to ask Trinitarians.
Respectfully, why don’t most churches use the name Jehovah or Yahweh for God? Why do they continue to hide it from bibles?
I understand why Jews happened by traditions of men would. By why would Christians follow that man made tradition of hiding the divine name?
I’d really like an answer. Because if God did not want His name known…why would he tell us and use it over 7000 times in the Bible?
Exodus 3:15 makes clear what God wants for his name. I’ve found that many in Christendom don’t even know God has a personal name which is quite sad; and I’m sure it is to God as well.

Since God is often identified as the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob without any mention of the name Jehovah doesn’t this mean that the name Jehovah is not the only way that God can be addressed based on Exodus 3:15?

Of course. God has many titles he can be addressed by.
But only one personal name: and that is YHWH, or Yahweh, or Jehovah - Psalm 83:18.
I just think removing it is a slap in the face of God. It’s literally taking a way what God inspired to included. And it must have been important to Him that we know it, use it, and hold it sacred.
So why would we remove the name from the Bible of the Author Himself? . . . But I’m sure the Devil doesn’t mind keeping it hidden.

John 8:58 - Although Jesus has not always existed like the Father, he was the firstborn of all creation and did exist before Abraham and really all creatures. God the Father used Jesus to create all things (Proverbs 8:22; Colossians 1:15,16) Therefore this statement is true.
John 17:5 - Before coming to earth as a lowly human, Jesus had the glory of which belongs to an “only begotten Son.” - John 1:14
Jesus was a powerful spirit being, Gods Son, 2nd and subject only to the only true God, the Father.
“I am the First and the Last” - While it’s true both the Father and Son (Jehovah and Jesus) have this title…the Bible makes it clear they have it for different reasons:
Isaiah 44:6 - Jehovah, the Father, is the First and Last ‘God’. Hence the end of the verse, “there is no god but me.” The Israelites had no idea who the “Son” was when Isaiah wrote these words so to them it would have no other meaning than this.
Revelation 1:17 & Revelation 2:8 - Notice in both these verses, Jesus is called “The First and Last” in reference to his ‘Resurrection’ from the dead.
Jesus is the First and Last man to be resurrection by God the Father’s own hand. All others will now be resurrected by the Son - John 6:40; John 6:44; John 14:6
Jesus is now the “mediator” to God and to Life. He is truly the resurrection & the life. No man can be a child of the Father except “through” Jesus.
In summary, Jesus is not God. Rather, Jesus the “mediator” to God, his Father and ours. - 1 Corinthians 8:6
Praise be Jehovah the only true God-our Father!
And praised be his Christ-our Lord and king Jesus!
    May you find truth brother.

U can figure it out. Also look at the history and the false prophecies of the religion. 1914,1915,1925,1970. The people are great people but they don’t worship Jehovah, they worship the governing body. Who has blood on there hands. They give us “spiritual food at the right time” yet they called organ transplants “cannibalism” then flipped on it and said it was okay. Seems small but that probably killed a lot of people. Yet some how they have authority from God and Gods only channel but yet they are not profits or filled with the spirt when they make decisions. Also no proof that they are the only channel of God. So many issues and things that end up not making sense in this religion. Hey there and I respects your thoughts.
And assuming that your'e a English speaker, with so many pages of the Bible and its wisdom-whats the purpose of focusing on a very technical thing to give authority to the Son of God? The father figure in your trinity, we worship Him. That's what Jesus told us to do, as you know in John 17:3
So by default, within the trinity doctrine, Unitarians JW's, and the others that believe in monotheism are worshiping the father figure in that trinity godhead.
Concerning the Greek influence and such words, that influence started taking in what some deem as the Hellenistic Period (200 years before Christ, and about 150 years after), in other words and era of Greek & Roman culture merging with much of it taking shape more Greek.
So instead of spending unnecessary time on a few scriptures trying to prove our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as God-what about all the other spiritual gems?
Again, concerning the Greeks and their thought process (metaphysics) why not have a look back on how Paul was dealing with the Greeks in his time? I invite you to read: All of Acts 17:
And they that conducted Paul brought him unto Athens (Greece): and receiving a commandment unto Silas and Timotheus for to come to him...
16 Now while Paul waited for them at Athens, his spirit was (angered) stirred in him, when he saw the city wholly given to idolatry..
(Google Greek gods & Roman gods)
Therefore disputed he in the synagogue with the Jews, and with the devout persons, and in the market daily with them that met with him.
18 Then certain (Greek) philosophers of the Epicureans, and of the Stoicks, encountered him. And some said, What will this babbler say? other some, He seemeth to be a setter forth of strange gods: because he preached unto them Jesus, and the resurrection.
19 And they took him, and brought him unto Areopagus, saying, May we know what this new doctrine, whereof thou speakest, is?
Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars’ hill, and said, Ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious.
23 For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you...
And in respecting your through your handle name, alanhales1123, the above are some scriptures out of the book of Acts 17 and the whole can be discussed. But assuming you have love for the Bible and its teachings, what is the lesson we learn from this account?
The Bible has many pages other certain proof text about God. What else drives your belief in the Bible?
      2Tim 3: KJV
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work

You don't know Sam the way I do. Sam has been debating J.W. for over
20 years. He knows he's lying and misrepresenting them, and you are
now more misguided because you listen to him.
I doubt this will make any difference to you or people following Sam,
      Trinitarian nut jobs in general. It doesn't matter for most people;
they are going to believe not according to evidence but according to
what they want to believe. Sam is a vessel for confirmation bias.
      Let's dive into that.
I will break down a single point for you, and if you don't collapse
completely, then I'll address all the other silly claims Sam made. How
      does that sound?
Sam says that the N.W.T. suffers from lowercase god syndrome. Sam is
completely mistaken; he suffers from a functional misunderstanding.
J.W. are correct about John 1:1, which is no longer a debate. The
debate ended over 100 years ago. It's funny how Sam, not being
Catholic, doesn't accept the Catholic scholar's position, which has
admitted the Jehovah's Witness translation of John 1:1 is correct. But
      he can't, huh? He's a tool.
Here is a Catholic link that admits so: Catholic Nick.
Then you have the early Church Fathers' views of Christ that support
      the J.W. rendering:
Justin Martyr (c. 100 - c. 165 AD): Justin Martyr was an early
Christian apologist and philosopher. In his works, especially in his
"First Apology" and "Dialogue with Trypho," Justin interprets the
Logos (Word) as a divine being distinct from God the Father but
closely associated with Him. He refers to the Logos as the
"first-begotten" of God and as a divine intermediary between God and
      humanity.
Clement of Alexandria (c. 150 - c. 215 AD): Clement of Alexandria was
a Christian theologian who emphasized the role of the Logos in the
universe and in human salvation. He viewed the Logos as the divine
principle of reason and wisdom through which God created and sustains
the world. Clement's writings suggest that he saw the Logos as a
divine being, distinct from but closely related to God.
      Origen (c. 184 - c. 253 AD): Origen was a highly influential Christian
theologian and scholar. He interpreted John 1:1 in his works, such as
"De Principiis" and his commentaries on the Gospel of John, as
indicating the pre-existence and divinity of the Logos. Origen
believed that the Logos was a divine being, begotten by God the Father
before all creation and that the Logos played a central role in God's
plan for salvation. In his commentary on John 1:1, Origen emphasizes
the pre-existence and divine status of the Word, suggesting a
qualitative understanding of the verse, as Jehovah's Witnesses do.
It's worth knowing that the translation that renders the sons of God
as gods or that supports Sons of God theology is not unique to
Jehovah's Witnesses. That's what the Jews believed (Psalms 8:5, Psalms
82:6, 1 Corinthians 8:5, 2 Corinthians 4:4). All the sons of God are
gods, whether they are good or bad; they existed in the same form as
the Father. Trinitarians changed the meaning of nature or essence to
mean Trinity. That's not how these words were used or understood by
the writers of the scriptures. You and I share the same nature; we're
      both humans, but not the same being, aren't we? Humans make humans;
the sons of God are gods, and God is described as spirit (John 4:24).
God's sons are described in the same way; He makes them spirit (Psalm
104:4). You can disagree all you want, but Jehovah's Witnesses base
their beliefs on the most ancient understanding of the scriptures. Do
you think Sam, in all his knowledge, doesn't know these facts?
Let me ask you again, is Sam stupid, ignorant, or dishonest? I need
you to understand that there is a difference between people who
sincerely believe in the Trinity. I worship alongside Trinitarians all
the time. They are beautiful Christians, God-fearing people with
incredible devotion. I disagree with them, but I love them, and they
are my brothers and sisters in Christ. I don't believe we are saved
because we have accurate knowledge of metaphysics. You took this
comment personally; it wasn't about you. I don't know you; you may be
a great guy. I don't agree with J.W. on salvation teachings, which is
much more important than the Trinity. The Trinity is never a matter of
salvation; nowhere do we see that unless we believe that Jesus is God
Almighty, we are not saved. These are empty arguments, and how is
misrepresenting J.W. going to help them? It doesn't. It does the
opposite. Most J.W. know Sam is lying; it reinforces their beliefs.
They can be wrong, and they are on many doctrinal teachings. That
doesn't mean they are wrong about everything. They are not. The Devil
can't deceive people using only lies, my friend.
Here are more translations that support J.W. rendering of John 1:1:
An American Translation (Smith-Goodspeed): the Word was divine
The Kingdom Interlinear Translation of the Greek Scriptures: the Word was a god.
The New Testament in Modern Speech (Richard Francis Weymouth): the
      word was "divine."
The New Testament: A Translation (David Bentley Hart): the Logos was god.
The New Testament: A Translation (Charles A. Anderson Hayes): the Word
      was divine.
The problem is not the J.W. Trinitarian scholars have tampered with
translations, confusing people. Your rendering of John 1:1 is
      grammatically impossible.
If anything, you now know people have reasons. Are you going to be
another Sam, or are you going to stand up for the truth? Like I said,
I disagree with J.W. on many topics, but I don't need to
mischaracterize them to prove my point. The truth needs no lies.

Even Chatgbt knows the Trinity is false:
    You
But this would mean the Jews didn't believe God was a trinity of Father Son and Holy Spirit?
    ChatGPT
That's correct. The concept of the Trinity, which defines God as three persons-Father, Son, and Holy Spirit-in one essence, is a distinctive feature of Christian theology that developed over time, particularly in the early centuries of the Christian Church. This doctrine was formulated to articulate the relationship between God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit, as understood by Christians.
In contrast, traditional Jewish belief, rooted in monotheism, maintains a strict understanding of God as a singular entity. The concept of God as a Trinity is not present in Jewish theology, including during the time of Jesus. For Jews, God is indivisible and without partners or associates.
So, when Jesus' Jewish disciples recognized him as the Messiah, their understanding of him as divine likely did not extend to the idea of a triune God. Their beliefs about Jesus' identity would have been shaped by their Jewish monotheistic framework and their understanding of him as the promised Messiah, rather than as a divine person within a Trinity. It was in the subsequent development of Christian theology that the concept of the Trinity emerged and was formally articulated.
But wasn't Jesus a practicing Jew while on earth? Yes or no?
    ChatGPT
    Yes.
So he would have believed in the same monotheistic view of God like all Jews?
    ChatGPT
Yes, Jesus, as a practicing Jew, would have adhered to the monotheistic view of God that is central to Judaism. This view asserts the belief in one indivisible God, without partners or associates.

The Judaism we know today is rabbinic Judaism - which started to become dominant and become 'mainline Judaism' after the destruction of the temple in 70.
You are correct, though, that Jews never believed in a trinity. They did, though, before 70 AD have some rather complicated ideas about God that can still be seen throughout the Torah (I can provide examples if needed). For example, in the Torah the word of God and the angel of God (the angel that leads the Hebrews out of Egypt) often acts like independent agents and is worshipped. It's though these ideas that the Christian idea of the trinity envelops. John 1:1 comes to mind in which the word of God is identified as (1) Jesus, (2) a independent agent that is uncreated and separated from God and (3) is God itself.

My friend, the concept of God being One was not complicated for the Jews to understand. They understood it completely.
It’s this trinitarian dogma that has caused controversy because, as even the Catholic encyclopedia says, “It’s a mystery that NO ONE can understand.”
CCC 237: “The Trinity is a mystery of faith in the strict sense, one of the ‘mysteries’ that are hidden in Gid, which can NEVER BE KNOWN unless they are revealed by God.”
Even the Catholic Church doesn’t understand this man made mystery.
The point is, the Jew pre and post exile did not believe in a triune God. That can not even be debated. And what is more, Christians themselves didn’t believe in a trinity in the 1st Century. Know how we know?
Because it wasn’t doctrine until 325! Not even an idea until or concept until Tertúlian introduced it in the 2nd century.
      God is one.
      Jesus Christ is one.
They are not the same. Bible is clear.

Why don't you mention the many errors, additions, and textual changes that were made to the KJV? The translators even added the word "hell' which appears nowhere in any early scrolls and is an erroneous translation of the Hebrew Sheol and the Greek Hades, BOTH of which mean the "grave", burial place of the dead, with NO flames and no living beings.
The NWT corrected those errors, that's why changes were made, to restore the original meanings the writers intended. Shamoun is a buffoon, he has no credible argument to make.

For those still in doubt, reconcile Isaiah 45:22-25 with Romans 4:11-12 and Philippians 2:9-11. Let people not cling to single words of translation, but read sentences and paragraphs that confirm Jesus is God. Be blessed.

In Isaiah 45:22-25 in the American Standard Version of the Bible it says this:
Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is none else.
23 By myself have I sworn, the word is gone forth from my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
24 Only in Jehovah, it is said of me, is righteousness and strength; even to him shall men come; and all they that were incensed against him shall be put to shame.
25 In Jehovah shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.
      Philippians 2:9-11
Wherefore also God highly exalted him, and gave unto him the name which is above every name; 10 that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things on earth and things under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
      In ref to Isaiah 52:
13 Behold, my servant shall deal wisely, he shall be exalted and lifted up, and shall be very high.
14 Like as many were astonished at thee (his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men), 15 so shall he sprinkle many nations; kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they understand.

All scriptures are taken from the American Standard Version-Bible. To my knowledge the last I heard there were more than 900 versions of the Bible translated into English.
So I disclose the Bible that the text are taken from so that such ones can confirm and validate with their own copy or perhaps GOOGLE or other means.
      Isaiah 45:21
Declare ye, and bring it forth; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath showed this from ancient time? who hath declared it of old? have not I, Jehovah? and there is no God else besides me, a just God and a Saviour; there is none besides me.
22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is none else.
Phil 2:9-11 ref to the below: Isaiah 52:
      12-13
Jehovah will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your rearward.
13 Behold, my servant(Jesus) shall deal wisely, he shall be exalted and lifted up, and shall be very high.
14 Like as many were astonished at thee (his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men), 15 so shall he sprinkle many nations; kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they understand.
      Acts 2:32
This Jesus did God raise up, whereof we all are witnesses.
33 Being therefore by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he hath poured forth this, which ye see and hear.
      1 Corinthians 15:
24 Then cometh the end, when he shall deliver up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have abolished all rule and all authority and power.
25 For he must reign, till he hath put all his enemies under his feet.
26 The last enemy that shall be abolished is death.
27 For, He put all things in subjection under his feet. But when he saith, All things are put in subjection, it is evident that he is excepted who did subject all things unto him.
28 And when all things have been subjected unto him, then shall👉 the Son also himself be subjected to him that did subject all things unto him, that God may be all in all.
29 Else what shall they do that are baptized for the dead? If the dead are not raised at all, why then are they baptized for them?
30 Why do we also stand in jeopardy every hour?
31 I protest by that glorifying in you, brethren, which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.
32 If after the manner of men I fought with beasts at Ephesus, what doth it profit me? If the dead are not raised, let us eat and drink, for to-morrow we die.
33 Be not deceived: Evil companionships corrupt good morals.
34 Awake to soberness righteously, and sin not; for some have no knowledge of God: I speak this to move you 👈to shame.👈✍🙏

Also John 17:3, out of the mouth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ he mentioned the key to everlasting life. Ask yourself if what you have currently fixed your belief system on harmonizes with Jesus words?
      Also-1 Corinthians 15:
15 Yea, we are found false witnesses of God; because we witnessed of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead are not raised.
16 For if the dead are not raised, neither hath Christ been raised: 17 and if Christ hath not been raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.
      Romans 10:
9 because if thou shalt confess with thy mouth Jesus as Lord, and shalt believe in thy heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved:

@MrMore470 Death had mastery over Jesus while he was dead (just like a Bond villain has mastery over Bond while they have captured him). But in the final analysis: No. Death couldn't have mastery over Jesus - hence why Jesus is 'the firstborn' from the dead.
Just like John 1:5 says: The darkness tried to hold mastery over Jesus but couldn't.

@MrMore470 For Christian's being dead doesn't mean that you stop existing. We believe that Jesus is eternal. We also believe that he (a) took upon himself a human nature and (b) died and (c) was raised in the flesh. While Jesus was in hell he proclaimed the gospel to the dead (1. Peter 4:6; 1. Peter 3:18-19).
We don't believe that his divine nature changes at any time.

@@Aaron-gf7mo Jesus died. I'm not saying anything other than that. The believe that Jesus died is in the Christian creeds. I'm saying that death didn't have mastery over Jesus (John 1:5) but that Jesus have mastery over death.
About 1. Peter:18-19. You are right: Jesus preached to the dead after being 'made alive/ζῳοποιέω' in the spirit. Christians believe that Jesus was 'made alive' in the spirit after he died in the flesh.
(JW's don't believe that he was made alive in the flesh ever again; the human Jesus died and remain dead forever; after 3 days a new creation called Michael was created with the memories of being Jesus on earth - but there's no link between the two; the second that Michael was created with the created memories of Jesus on earth Michael was precisely 1 second old).
Who proclaimed the gospel to the dead in 1. Peter 4:6? The Christian answer: Jesus. Your answer?
