I hope fanatics doesn't release this many products. 1200+ cards for one player is insane (and of a rookie player who hasent played half a season). This is why I think there is so much discussion of cards being "worthless". It's not that any card is worthless we all love cards I just think it's too many for any real demand. A low numbered Hoops card of a superstar or HOFer should not be sitting for a year for $1. Just my thoughts. Love these RC videos though .. keep it up Victor!

Great approach to promoting the RC mantra. My favorite Anthony Edwards cards from his rookie season are his Prizm Draft Picks Crusade cards. They're not a true RC but I like the tight shot, background and look of the parallels.

I LOVE the four and five star reviews! They help with sets like Chronicles where there are multiple "rookie cards" from different sets but still in the base set.

I have so many rare hoops rookies with low pop and the hobby buys prizm cards with extremely high pop reports and pays over 100 times the amount that hoops sell for, its mind boggling

Hi D Roy! So yeah, 2021 Panini Father's Day is a multi-sport product that was sent to card shops that had a Panini Direct account and functioned more like a promo product. This package and distribution method falls a bit short for a True Rc designation. However, a Rookie Year designation fits more appropriately.

You were close, just need to pronounce it with a French accent. Noir is the french word for black, hence the darker styling of the cards in this set.

I don't think there is anyway for the hobby to save the "RC." I love the 90's, but being a RC collector from that era is just as insane. From the modern era, I would much rather have a rarer insert. My favorite Shaq card is his 1992 Beam Team pack pulled insert. I most have about 100 plus different cards from his rookie year.

Whether the card is the “flagship” or not, dollars show more demand for the Prizm vs the Hoops. The Hobby has chosen.

Those are vanity metrics but I can agree with you to a certain extent. Then it should be called anything but "flagship." i.e. Most Popular RC, Mainstream RC, Most Desired RC. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and for tuning in.
