Cuz lately all there's really been is the WWE games and they've straight up been more like yearly sports titles than fun wrestling games. This feels so refreshing to have a game that's more focused on being fun than replicating the show. Fire Pro Wrestling World is also fantastic but that's more for hardcore fans.

Is this running on something like the.old Aki engine WWF No Mercy and WCW vs NWO ran on?
@@Arucaurd It is kinda, it has one of the original guys from AKI and I'm sure they made it looks a bit more cartoony so it can run smoothly.
@@JustinJTime I'm more concerned with the gameplay. The aki engine wrestling games perfected the system, so to see something inspired by them means I may grab it even if I hate modern wrestling lol
@@Arucaurd It's a lot more arcadey than the rather dull "simulation" that the WWE games go for now. I recommend it. The story mode is also silly in a great way.
@@Arucaurd This game really makes an effort on copying the old feel with QOL for modern gaming. So it's the nearest you're gonna get on the late 90's wrestling games.
I love how the editor adds some AEW audio in it, along with a clip of both Hangman Page and the late-great Brodie Lee himself!!!
Watching this I hope at some point I get to see YOVideogames and NewLegacyINC just having a stables wars or just having some fun playing wrestling games.

I was happy to see you guys playing this! The gameplay is top tier, the most fun wrestling game in years. I would love to see you try out a few more of the weapons because I think there are some that you'd find hilarious.
I'm actually impressed with how much Kenny managed to do with the create-a-wrestler, considering how few parts there are to use. During the Casino Battle Royale (the Royal Rumble), the reason you struggled to eliminate people is because the bar on the bottom isn't just for finishers and signatures; the lower it is, the more likely you are to be eliminated. So hitting a few signatures or finishers on someone before tossing them towards the ropes would have made eliminations easier.
Was that entrance music something you were able to put in the game or just edited for the video? Loved it!

I'm one of the top players on the Switch version, the one thing I don't like about Online is that you can quit before losing... I've had over 40 people quit mid match...
