This is so inspirational. I'm laying in bed and it's 3:50. I have a broken leg and I'm on bed rest for 6 weeks. This inspired me to take the physical more seriously. Making the league is a far away dream. But being nice at eventing I do, no one can tell me anything otherwise.

One thing that mesmerizes me is whenever I see u dribble when it comes to going in the paint for a lay or even to hesi into a pull up is the way u change ur speed I wanna tryout for my high school team this year and I’ve been practicing and that’s one thing I want as a go to is speed adjustment and I know that should be something fundamental for everyone to do but that’s one thing that fascinated me with basketball was it’s tempo
