I know your feet are pretty large, Mack, so you've got to measure your feet, then compare those measurements to their sizing chart to see if they will possibly fit, before you randomly buy them, Mack! Or send me your son's foot tracing with the measurements on it and I'll see what might fit him.
@barefootshoejosh Well I do know that my feet 🦶 are 6 1/2 inches wide from my big toe to my lil toe & my 3rd son feet 🦶 are 4 1/2 to 5" inches wide & both of our toes are Evenly straight across. It's funny how both of our feet 🦶 as far as the toes go both look the same as far as being Evenly straight across.
@@mackjenkins7721 you need to trace your foot on a piece of paper, then measure the longest length and the widest width. Also, you will want to write the measurements in both inches, and in centimeters. Many barefoot shoe companies do their sizing charts in centimeters, since it is a simpler and more precise measurement. My feet are 27cm long x 11cm wide. Yours might be 28.4 x 13.6 or something. Get precise measurements. Not only that, if you end up ordering something custom, you will want to keep the actual tracings as well.
I believe we may be similar sizes. My foot length is 26.5cm and 11.4 cm width. I wanted to pick your brain in case you own the Altra Escalante Racer. I have them in size US Mens 10.5 and was wondering how their fit compares to the Bahe Revive. I am reading that these are wider than the escalante racer but the size template printout makes them seem much narrower. What size did you order/receive these in? US 11 or 12?
Hi.. I don't wear Altras, so I don't know their width measurements. As far as the Bahé Revive, mine are a Men's size 10. I measured the insole, and it is 10.8cm wide at the widest point of the forefoot. The uppers are fairly flexible and have good "give" to them, so my 11cm-wide feet have no sense of tightness in these at all. You'll have to measure the Altras insoles yourself, because I don't have any. I tried looking it up on their website, but they don't have the widths listed on their sizing chart. You could contact their support and ask for the width of the insole on a men's size 10 in order to have a fair comparison. Alternatively, you might find a review somewhere of that shoe that has the width. Best of luck.
@@barefootshoejosh thank you, Josh 🙏🏽! Do you mind sharing the length of your feet in cm? My feet measure around 26.5cm and I’m wondering if I should size up to a US men’s 11 or go with the 10
It looks like they go up to size 13 US men's. What size are you looking for, and I'll pass it on to them. This was their first full production run, I believe. Maybe second. They will probably expand the sizes available in time; but let me know and I'll pass it on.
