I could never tire of watching that fight from _Wheels on Meals_ between Jackie Chan and Benny “The Jet” Urquidez; whenever Sammo Hung choreographs Jackie he always looks his very best as a martial artist, and this fight is no exception. Benny being able to do the complicated Hong Kong style of fight choreography is also a big plus; a lot of people not used to that style can really struggle with it even if they are exceptional martial artists.
Gary Daniels. He very much is a real deal martial artist and also was a kickboxer like Benny the Jet. You’ll see an interview with him with Scott Adkins on The Art of Action. Also ‘Hand of Death’ was notable as it was directed by John Woo and I think his only collaboration with Jackie Chan
Jackie made himself unique. He simply knew that copying Bruce Lee is not the right way. He just simply was a genius together with sammo hung and yuen biao! :)
The tall white guy fighting Jackie Chan in that one scene is Gary Daniels, you see some his fights in the 2009 Tekken movie, he plays Brian Fury from the game.
Quite shocked you didn’t know who Gary Daniels is? You should definitely react to Sammo Hung or Yuen Biao fight scenes, as they were on par with Jackie, if not better. The fight scenes nowadays just shake the camera to make you feel violent, what Jackcy Chan doing is always making the camera steady let the audience feel the rhythm

Chan had a small role and appears in the climax of the movie.

yeah pretty much you honestly didn't follow up on Jan Claude Van Dam's Knock Off. where if you pay close attention to his Stun Double where JCVD is throwing kicks in the behind the Bar scene and in the Parking Lot Scene, you'll notice that it's Jackie Chan as his Stunt Double.
I think Tony Jaa didn't go as far as Jackie is because he is not a good actor.. fighter,gymnast... I can say he is good.. but as an actor ... I mean there's no other Jackie chan ❣️❣️❣️❣️
