Removing the dump bed stanchion can be removed easily, by removing the red pin underneath the bed. The stanchion then is able to push out through the bottom - no need struggling with trying to pull it up and through. Just did this 10 minutes ago after watching your video, made the bed removal 10x easier/less frustrating. Great video!!!

Do you have to replace the gear box if you want to upgrade from a 12 v to a 24 v?
You don't... I did the 18v upgrade and the gearbox hold up. I'm not sure about 24v. Give it a go.
