It's because squirrel picked rematch earlier instead of continue. With these mods it's breaking to pick rematch and start over.

When you click rematch after the game, some card effects stick around hence why Toonz had infinite ammo. Instead you have to exit and load a new game

It’s kinda balance, toons can’t block but he had infinite ammo, while squirrel could block but didn’t have infinite ammo.

Drone and Instability Card together are so OP, especially in Toonz's case where he couldn't block for some reason...the game would have gotten bugs with all the mods and maps that were added together. Toonz should definitely remember these two cords...its like homing but improved version + the fact that the bullets make the enemy teleport every time a bullet hits them - hits them pretty hard that they can't do anything!!! (6:27)
Lol imagine, Drone + Instability + Unicorn + Beetle + Pulsar (in the instance that Toons can't stil block and can only block when he has a block card) but let's face it - Toonz is so good with any card he gets and any builds he tries or plays fun with \o/ \o/

The reason it got so glitchy is because when you use modded rounds and click rematch it breaks the game; also if you click continue you could play way more rounds then just 3
