In this video, I will show you what the VW T4 interior reinforcement repair panels look like and where they are exactly installed in the VW T4 Bus. Generally, you should be aware that there are two different front-end versions of the VW T4. There is the VW T4 with a short front end and the VW T4 with a long front end. This is not related to the length of the VW T4 itself but to the front subframe (including the front axle).
Here's the key information: If the VW T4 is a transporter, it always has a short front end, which is the VW T4 with square headlights at the front. If the headlights are slightly rounded and narrower towards the center, it's the long front end version. The transporter version of the VW T4 was produced from 1990 to 2023. However, if you have a VW T4 that is not a transporter, such as a Caravelle or a California, produced until November 1995 and it has square headlights, then it is also a VW T4 with a short front end.

ich find das echt toll das du dir all die Mühe machst mit den ganzen Reperaturblechen.
Deinetwegen werden später noch seeeehr viele T4 rumfahren.
Ich habe auch schon dein Längsträger verstärkungsblech verbaut und die obere aufnahme für die federung hinten
aber mich wundert das du kein verzinktes Blech verwendest?

Die Bleche bis 2 mm sind verzinkt. Alles was drüber ist, ist meistens Pulver grundiert. Je na Fertigungsprozess.
