That ending gave me chills. Seriously amazing, it was as brutal as a Showa Gamera film. Godzilla just would not stop coming... Mothra was hopelessly outclassed and she fought valiantly, but ultimately when she was finally overcome... Man that scene was brutal. Especially with the Godzilla Under the Sea theme playing.
You lended a lot of personality to these monsters, and your stop motion has improved a lot, even just from your previous video. Excellent work, and keep it up!!!

I really love the usage of practical effects in this one's, it really gives that classic Godzilla movie feeling, especially with the unique personalities of the featured Kaiju's!

Clear lego stands work well, i use them for my figures but it takes patience as the figures might fall from the stands, but if you get it right it looks ok. To set up the stands just put them on a baseplate and make the camera unable to show the baseplate.
3:20, Mothra's POV shot of Godzilla approaching, great idea. Mothra's effort to aid Rodan by shooting silk may have created internal pressures which further opened its wounds and aggravated its hemoraging.

Fantastic work man! Your kaiju always have such fleshed out personalities, and when they do get brutalized by Godzilla it always feels really sad. Also love the surprise Rodan, he's one of my favorite Kaiju, so it was fun to see him in an animation. Keep up the good work.

I think I'd rather be stabbed in the cornea(by Rodan) than watch Mothra/Larva get realistically brutalized again- I had to keep watching because my children had already seen part, and I decided to assess the rest solo, but props to everyone seeing past/appreciating(to each their own)that and recognizing talent!

Poor Mothra. She never deserved of what Godzilla did to her. She's been my favorite kaiju since when I was a kid. I wished she turned into a moth and took Godzilla down. Rodan did the best he could.

Mothra and Godzilla are really good friends and Godzilla the king and mothra the queen so they have fighted about 7 times in the series

@@Youeatbabies Not exactly. The two Mothra larva defeated Godzilla in 1964. She "defeated" him in the short fight in 1966 (Do not know if you even call it a fight). She and Battra defeated him in 1992. Mothra also won in their first encounter in the book GODZILLA: Project Mechagodzilla as well as over powering him in the comic books Godzilla: Gangsters and Goliaths and their off panel battle in Godzilla: Ongoing/ Godzilla 2012.

This stop motion is a masterpiece (my favorite one)! i aknowledge you did improve in the last stop motion with the diorama and the FPS (godzilla.vs the sand monster) , but this one remain the best in my opinion, because the music are executed in the right moment for each scenes. and of course, all ending aren't always happier which i like it. I'm kind sick to see endings with no consequence or impact in movies/tv shows/ stop motions. You did right man, keep it up!

That was incredibly well made. A few frames were rough in a few minor areas, but nothing that practice won't iron out if you keep at this craft. :)
Most parts were animated incredibly well and came out very smooth. This was a great short film and made you feel for the Mothra larva. I was on the edge of my seat for a few parts.
Well done on this!
The only real critique I have is on the intro's presentation. The intro should be long enough to read out loud. You lingered on each screen of text for a bit too long for a TH-cam video. The old rule of thumb was that you should get past the intro or title and into your video in about 7-9 seconds, not including opening credits if you have any. Some people will start skipping around to find the start if you take too long, or worse, close the video without watching it.
Again, as far as the animation goes, extremely well done. Keep at it! :D
Tbh I wanted a 15 sec intro but than the opening track ends so bad. It didn't feel right every short intro I made. So I decided to do the whole track. Yes it's too long and I didn't make enough pictures to fill it out better. But I have some ideas for shorter intros in future shorts 🤙🏻😊 thx✌🏻

Because I wanted to. I wanted to make something dramatic and sad. Because that's what you don't see often in the Kaiju genre
