I've found letting them sit in the fridge overnight (after coating them with the baking powder and salt) and then baking them makes them even crispier

I used a slightly higher temperature 425 for 20 minutes and turned the wings for another 20 minutes and had great results. No more frying chicken in oil from this point on!

Greetings. You should know that these are outstandingly delicious! I’ve been preparing them for my son for about 6 months and I’d made some for him a couple of days ago and he kept saying, while eating, “Mom, these wings are SO good!” I said to him “I’ve never left comments for the person who shared this recipe.” Correcting that now…you should know that these are spectacular and I follow the recipe and I’ve not altered it any. Many thanks to you for your generosity for sharing. The smell/aroma will wake the dead, that’s how fantastic the aroma is in your space while cooking. Peace to you.

Just did these for dinner this evening and they were a HUGE hit! The rack is a must to get an all round crisp to the wings. The kids loved them too. Jen's spice mix is not spicy at all just full of flavor. I even did a dozen wings in a ground ginger, ground valencia orange peel (the sweet kind not the bitter) and sesame seed blend with the baking powder and some salt and pepper and it was out of this world! Definitely doing these wings over again for the big game! Sooo much cheaper then ordering wings.

My pressure cooker has a baking mode but I don't know what's the temperature set, unlike an air fryer whereby you can set whatever temperature. So if I just use the baking mode, will the result turn out the same?

I didn't have celery seed or cumin, but these still came out delicious! I did have to broil for a minute at the end to make them extra crispy. I used a cooling rack, and clean up was easy with a scrub daddy! Thanks for the recipe and video!

Great recipe! I've been using a similar recipe for a couple years now and I swear by it! So much better for you that frying! My only suggestion is to cook them for 30 minutes and flip them, then another 20 minutes. That way both sides crisp evenly. Also I found 450 works well too.

Tried this and the taste is awesome! Now i know thay taste of cumin. Haha. I just have an issue, im using convection oven unfortunately so I adjusted the temp to 375 (munus 25deg) and also the cooking time to 10%, my chicken didnt turned out cooked properly? Not sure if Im wrong with the oven function that I use. Huhu. Pls help. I used the control that only the below part has heat on convection oven. Is that correct or should I choose both up&down part heat used?
