HOW TO: Edit your footage to the beat! FINAL CUT PRO X

- In this video we learn the quickest way to edit your footage to the beat of any song! This is the easiest way I've found personally to make sure that every cut is synced up with the beat where i want it.

yup.... that makes a big difference when you lift it from storyline
Great tutorial. One extra tip will make it even faster. In your example, where you made a cut in your grey gap clip that you didn't need, instead of stretching the preceding video clip, then deleting the unneeded gap clip, use the Trim tool (T). Place it on on the line between the video clip you want to extend and the gap clip you want to delete and drag it right, to the next clip. The clip you want will extend to the next beat and the grey gap clip will disappear.
