    There is a fountain Filled with blood, Drawn from Immanuel's veins; And sinners, plunged beneath that flood, Lose all their guilty stains!

    1 There is a fountain filled with blood
    Drawn from Immanuel's veins;
    And sinners, plunged beneath that flood,
    Lose all their guilty stains:
    Lose all their guilty stains,
    Lose all their guilty stains;
    And sinners, plunged beneath that flood,
    Lose all their guilty stains.
    3 Dear dying Lamb, Thy precious blood
    Shall never lose its pow'r,
    Till all the ransomed Church of God
    Are (Be) saved, to sin no more:
    Are (Be) saved, to sin no more,
    Are (Be) saved, to sin no more;
    Till all the ransomed Church of God
    Are (Be) saved to sin no more.
    5 And when this feeble faulting tongue
    (When this poor lisping, stamm'ring tongue)
    Lies silent in the grave,
    Then in a nobler, sweeter song
    I'll sing His (Thy) pow'r to save:
    I'll sing His (Thy) pow'r to save,
    I'll sing His (Thy) pow'r to save;
    then in a nobler, sweeter song
    I'll sing His (Thy) pow'r to save.
    2 The dying thief rejoiced to see
    That fountain in his day;
    And there may I, though vile as he,
    Wash all my sins away:
    Wash all my sins away,
    Wash all my sins away;
    And there may I, though vile as he,
    Wash all my sins away.
    4 E'er since by faith I saw the stream
    Thy flowing wounds supply,
    Redeeming love has been my theme,
    And shall be till I die:
    And shall be till I die,
    And shall be till I die;
    Redeeming love has been my theme,
    And shall be till I die.
    The numbering is out of order, (as far as I know) so I put the verses in the order they are sung, yet left the verse number in what I think is the older numbering. And the words in brackets ( ( ) ), :) are the older words, maybe even the original words.
    There is a nice Spanish version of this song named "Hay Una Fuente Sin Igual' that we used to sing, is also has slightly different wordings that I love.
    There is a nice biography of William Cpwper (the author of this song), although the biographer was/is (I think) an atheist, but he for the most part part does a nice job of it, although he does not really grasp the symbolism of the song enough. But still worth watching if you love this song.

    O, yes this song in more often Named 'There Is A Fountain' sometimes 'There Is A Fountain Filled With Blood'.

    Proverbs 16:3-4
    3 Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.
    4 The Lord hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.
    Philippians 2:14-15
    14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
    15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world.
    Galatians 6:9-10
    9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
    10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
    Psalm 128:1-2
    1 Blessed is everyone that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways.
    2 For thou shalt eat the labor of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
    Psalm 90:17
    17 And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
    1 Corinthians 10:31
    31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
    Colossians 3:23-25
    23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
    24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
    25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.
    Proverbs 11:30-31
    30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.
    31 Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner.

    Proverbs 10:23
    23 It is as sport to a fool to do mischief: but a man of understanding hath wisdom.
    Proverbs 10:24
    24 The fear of the wicked, it shall come upon him: but the desire of the righteous shall be granted.
    Proverbs 14:12
    12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
    Matthew 7:13-14
    13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
    14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
