Hi everyone! I'm from Italy (I was born in Rome 😍) and if you're curious and want to know more the "white sauce" is actually a traditional sauce called "Crema di Parmigiano" and that literally means parmesan cheese cream so the correct way to make the sauce is to use this particular type of cheese. Another tip is that Italians don't really use oregano in this recipe just go for salt and pepper. Second if you want to be "more Italian" prefer using extra virgin olive oil while cooking instead of other oils. Last but not least when you serve it try to add a little bit of raw olive oil on top (it is a very very special Italian secret). Anyway, thank you so much for the video and spreading Italian cuisine among Indian people out there! ✨
