Louie (RIP 1/21/2022) was a funny guy IMO, in stand up, Life with Louie the animated series, and on Family Feud and other shows. 68 is a long life but 78 or 88 could've been better.

Louie is a rare and unique talent. This guy doesn't just DO. He IS. He never sounds like he's doing a 'routine'.. in fact, no matter how many people are sitting in the audience, he has the uncanny ability to make you feel as though he is talking to Just You. A natural, if ever there was one.

The younger generation have no idea what they missed out when we were growing up. Louie was up their with Adam Sandler and Jim Carrey etc. In the end, don't disrespect this legend he put a smile on our faces and a cackle in our laughter. Let me tell you he was the best, but too bad he don't get the homage he deserves.
New talent needs to take note. This is how to write funny material. Now it's all, how can I be "offensive and edgy" it's like man that had it's hay day in the 80s and the stuff now isn't even close to as good as that was, and it's done to death. Just sit down and write real observational stuff. If you can't don't rely on cheap tricks...please....
He is hilarious! I just LOVE his show Buckets on Hulu! It is the funniest show I've seen in a very long time. Louie Anderson and Zack Galafianakis are so fucking hilarious!
I love his timing and the pacing of his set. The jokes are good and all, but he'd be easy to listen to no matter what he's saying because of how he speaks.

I met him once at Mystic Lake Casino many years ago. He sat down at a slot machine right next to me. He was super nice and very polite. 😊
