SAME!! I am SO SAD!! I feel almost like my Mom died again because I loved Baskets and Christine so much!! In true Louie comedic fashion, I can imagine him getting to The Pearly Gates, seeing Meatloaf standing there & Louie saying, "Jesus! Seriously? Meatloaf again?" LOL. I WISH I'd known he had cancer! I would've tried everything to get him a personal letter from me.
Nothing is wrong with Howie Mandel. Both great shows. I don't know why in complementing celebrities people feel a need to degrade others.

I don't have any issues with people being overweight for the most part, but when it's someone I love like Louie, I just want him to be as healthy as he can be to live as long as he'd like to.

He has said that being overweight is a struggle he has not been able to overcome. He overcame addictions to gambling, smoking, but overeating has been harder. He wrote about it in one of his books. Read his books they are funny but very sweet as well .

Man, I couldn't believe my eyes! I religiously watched his animated show when I was growing up. The moment he switched to the voices he used in the cartoon, the nostalgia just overran me. His dad was always my favourite character!

Louie was peforming at The Plaza in Las Vegas at the Fremont/Main St Comedy Louge. Went to see him in August 2014. Funniest humor I've seen. 90 minute show. Laughed and couldn't help saying. Oh no the whole time. Best Time.

Man, he really, had Conan laughing hard! Man, Louie was so, great in Baskets'. That show was brilliant and should have been on longer. We get crap shows that stay on for decades and yet it seem's like really, brilliantly written and 'off the cuff' type shows seem to get only a couple. Not fair! RIP Louie, Louie! ;)

When he's quoting himself as a kid, and quoting his dad in arguments, I can hear those character voices he did in "Life with Louie", the animated series. He was one of the greats.
It's like seeing 2 friends just casually talking, that's what makes Conan's show feel so real
