HDB took no action till this occurred.
HDB never really addresses any resident concerns about noisy and nuisance neighbour since last time
When a HDB inspector arrived to collect a report, he stated that nothing could be done following a few interactions, but in actuality, a number of residents have previously tolerated this type of neighbor for an extended period of time.
When the police are called, they say the same thing.
Without any authority to take action, someone can put up with it until they can no longer stand it.
Until a potentially fatal argument results in one of them being killed.
Well, if they do nothing, this will undoubtedly happen once more.

@@jejakamalaya1484 if Malfunction PAP Government also feels SPF cannot Be relied upon AGAIN to Conduct a Proper Independent Investigation, then perhaps let Singapore’s Sikh Temple Brigade ( SSTB ) to Investigate . Noteworthy, in 2010 , SSTB caught SG’s Lee Kuan Yew and Paraded him like a Common Street Criminal at SG’s Sikh Police Temple . Never Seen LKY looking so Cute & Obedient 😊 ….

Btw , not be fooled by Labels, SSTB not Free … it’s a Profit Run Enterprise Consisting of more Non- Sikhs then Sikhs 😊

Look beyond race. Race existed because of human pride during the events leading to the tower of babel when the humans decided to come together to build a tower to reach the heavens and God saw their pride and decided to confuse them with different language and identity. In the end the building stopped and they were scattered.

The lady made police report but nothing was done by SPF! Well done to increase the unrelated tenants to 8! The men in white had totally forgotten why it was revised to 6!

Can understand crazy and stress. A manager at work call me this morning and says loudly that she will 'bang me' . Don't know what it means. All because I raise an issue at work. Not sure if this is a threat. Should I watch my back and make a police report.

Bring up this issue to the upper management through the formal channel if you really feel unsafe by her threat. It'll be better if you have proofs like eye witnesses, recordings etc. See their attitude and what actions will be taken. If your company is not willing to take the neccessary action to help, then tell them politely that you will make a police report for your own safety

I have alot of information but i can't say all.
    1. Police does nothing till its too late.
    2. 5yo boy had a 2cm leceration and witness the death of his mom.
    3. Murderer always turn off victim water or electrical main supply from corridor. Victim always scolded him for doing that then Jan 7 the guy chop the lady.
    4. Lady called the police and say, "Help me he is chopping me now".

Singapore already one of the highest suicide rate in the world, now criminal cases is increasing along with it.
Most of my Singaporean friends says, it's because the country is too depressing to live in, is it true?

    HDB is the Landlord.
Do not expect 2 long term lease occupiers to settle dispute that had gone beyond the normal reconcilation.
Set the ground rules and expect all to obey, otherwise, go somewhere else.
This is such a waste and foolishness to resolve in killing a human.

If a neighbour makes your life miserable at home which is supposed to be your place of rest, that man probably had enough. I don't know who to pity in this situation.

Normally the he one being killed is either the aggressor or the problem maker …
When there is no news being revealed there will be even more speculation which sometimes just surprises us …
The reporter should ask their neighbours for feedbacks which will bring more sense to this killing ..
There won’t be smoke without fire ..
Of course first thing the defence lawyer will try the mental approach or sudden provocation …
Anyway when we live in such small hdb we should be more tolerant

Looking at the comments here... Singaporeans, Singaporeans... I don't know what to tell you.
You realise that here in New Zealand (where I currently live), even though their total population is less than SG's, they have already had 10 homicides in the past 21 days (including a teenager who was shot on NY morning)? That's already more than twice the total yearly number of homicides in SG!
In 2022 NZ had 87 homicides; SG had fewer than 10.
Yet, people in NZ don't think about this stuff or react to it the way Singaporeans do.
