Beautiful Rod, Looks to be Very Well Built, Very Clean, I've seen many many Gassers in my time at the track and I love them all But that said.... the main thing with a Gasser is not how pretty she is, She 100% has to Track Stright -- From Start to Finish if she can do that and look pretty doing it -- It's a Win Win... nice car but 75- K really,,,,, brought my 55 gasser for 14 " -k and it's off the hook and will get just as much looks as the 75 grander and built the whole car outside in my backyard old school baby old school BOBBY RAT CITY GASSERS
Too bad the rear quarter panels aere chopped. It looks great, don't get me twisted and its period correct, but its not for me. My dad had a 55 gasser and it would yank the front tires off the ground with ease and it was N/A
The filthy five has been sold over a year ago and it' was over 70,000 for all the haters on here try to build a real car that's nice not a piece of junk and it will cost at least that much good luck
Hey Ron, I realize by the time I posted that you'd sold this & are building the '57. This '55 is really well done, ultra clean Gasser vibe !! Nice radius job in back !! Very refreshing to see earlier wheels instead of the 'circus wagon' wheels up front that most people install simply because of their misnomer 'Gasser' label from Rocket or Team lll.
