"council_flaps-01limiter.mp3" - MSPR Mysterious Cut Song (E3 Demo).

I haven't seen anything relating to this song's existence online, so I'm posting it here for archive purposes. This was found in the "audio" folder of Pacific Rift's 13th June 2008 E3 demo, found on alphaarchive.net under the "PS3 Pre-Releases" section. My best guesses are that this is an original composition made for the game which was cut for some reason, an obscure unreleased song or the filename is just unrelated to what the actual song name is. Either way if anyone knows the source of this song or can provide an artist's name, song name or an instance of this song appearing in any media, please leave a comment mentioning where you saw it (and a link if possible).
