New proteins from leaves: Making better use of agricultural residues.

This project examines how biomass should be treated after harvest to maintain proteins and their functionality until the time of processing and extraction. Leaves are fresh material and all kinds of processes still take place after harvest. In this video we give you an impression of the execution of one of the experiments.
