I’ve been drinking both teas and just got my period two days ago. Also, I think trying to exercise a little more, but not too strenuous can help too. In the past, when I had missed periods, I had also taken provera (progesterone) tablets for a week and that can help bring one’s period back too. Would say my feelings are really the key, even before the food i consume.

After the loss of a loved one my life hadn't been the same , depression and stress got the best out of me which made huge changes in my life, like taking meals on time, staying productive and all. I'm a healthy person who always had healthy periods but this time it's already so late yet I'm not getting my period which is fr stressing me a lot plus my overthinking ass is even giving me a pregnancy scare eve n though I'm a single virgin- I'll try to follow these steps and see how it goes
For me, i had to eat A LOT of food to get mine back. Like more than i had ever eaten in my life. I wasn’t even underweight, but i had to gain 30lbs. Everyone’s healthy weight is different and it usually has to do with needing to weigh more and eat more to reduce your bodies stress to get your period back. It took me a whole year to get it back btw, it was gone for nearly 2 years. And ever since i got it back i feel alive again.
Thank you for not promoting losing your period as a good thing like some people do! I’m so glad you were able to get yours back, because it’s a sign that your body is functioning in a healthy way ❤

If you have any more tips I’d love some advice, because I’m trying really hard not to fall back into my old habits and gain back through weight but it’s kind of difficult.
Im wondering did you perhaps lose your period for a long period or just missed it?
I think she lost it for a year
@@stellafaust1911 ooo well that is really bad i thought might like lose it for few month but dang like idk if i lost or missed but it was for 3 month bcs i gain weight really fast (it was during covid quarantine so 💀)
@@nahidanutzz oh I am sorry for you then! But you might like to hear that I got my period back too after like half a year! For sure you can get it again too :)
@@stellafaust1911 i did get it back ehe
@@nahidanutzz Uh congratulations then! That is good to hear :))
U inspire me to go to the gym.❤❤❤
Everyone knows these tips, but people are too tired/depressed /worn down/burned out to follow them. At least in my case..
Discipline and a strong "why you need to do this" will help
i finally got mine back after loosing it for 6 months !! thankyou for the motivation
How are people confused about this??????? Don’t be shallow and so focused on shit that doesn’t matter, like your appearance, and you will have a normal healthy period. Women starving themselves and competing with each other to look like plastic dolls and confused why their body isn’t healthy!
Omgg ty, got it with your Tipps BACK TODAY💕😌
I'm so glad videos like this exist

You are so inspirational ❤❤
You make me feel safe and loved
i love your vibeeeee
For me, when I discovered that my body is always trying to protect me and is always working for me not against me. I knew what i had to do. Al ways had anemia thus i started to fix that with my food, walking everyday because its beneficial for my body. Affirming that i love and accept myself. Would say my feelings are really the key, even before the food i consume.
this is so true. we all need to listen to our own bodies and stop relying so much on influencers and social media to dictate whats right and wrong. everyone has different needs❤
Thanks for share your journey and life with us!
I would like to see a video of something like 24 hrs with you, maybe like vlogs or something ?..

Hi! I am from Bangladesh, a country in the northeastern part of South Asia. Your videos are so inspirational. It cheers my mind after a long hectic day. I also follow or at least try to follow your workout videos.
I'm bengali but I like in the uk.
Yessss babe
You are amazing
For me, eating healthily, rest sufficiently and exercise regularly are the main points to recover the body. It takes time to see the results, so keep doing these..
Thank you sooooooooo sooo soooo much for this. Exactly what I needed right now 🤍🩵🧡😊
Im so happy and proud for you. 😁💜
Anna I’ve learned so much from you keep slaying. Love you.
Love you so much for sharing your journey and helping others💜🫶☺️
Eating more healthy n delish meals is the 🔑 more is really better🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿
Literally love that I discovered you 🥰
Thank you for not promoting losing your period as a good thing like some people do! I’m so glad you were able to get yours back, because it’s a sign that your body is functioning in a healthy way ❤
I relate to this because as a teen i just got my period back after months of stress 😢
