350 ml water? Everything else is in grams but not your water, is that correct?
It’s about the same as grams slightly different so it mean 350G water ✌🏼

Glad I could help keep baking I suggest you to try 90% instead once you master it go for 100% and remember the strongest flour you could invest on ✌🏼
