Gorgeous Truck! Heard the Engine is last of the old school V6's and should give a long life with none of the issues like today's $90,000 Trucks! I still have my 1999 1500 Silverado, (409,000 miles) and I know today's Chevy's, and Fords with their active fuel management, and belt timing among other things will break down faster. It even looks sexy mean, rugged.
I just picked up a '23 P4X this week. Love these trucks and they do drive nice. Great time to buy them too. The dealer I used got a bunch of '24's in stock and still had several '23's on the lot they wanted to get rid of and had them marked down thousands off MSRP.
I got the glacier white as well. Its an awesome truck! The colored trucks were everywhere. The glacier white ones seem to be hard to find.@Blue-moon12
My husband and i just ordered a 2024 Nissan Frontier In the King Cab with 4x4 and 6 ft bed. Not many 2023 in my area in NY State. We were told it would be 6 to 8 weeks to build it.
Beautiful truck, if you do a lift, you may want to consider SPC uppers and camber/caster bolts so you can get a proper alignment and avoid coil bucket contact. But installling the driver side uppers is a pain. Just do all your research before buying your parts. I learned the hard way to find out the stock uppers were no good after my 2 inch lift. Good luck 👍
Congratulations! Welcome to the community! I’d like to mention 2 important modifications should consider getting. They are both cheap, and the sooner you get them the better. They are both also easy to install and I have videos up on my channel on how to install them. 1. Rear differential breather mod. 2. Protech Screen Protector. The factory diff breather can allow water to get into your differential which can wreak all kinds of havoc and requires expensive repairs. It can also get stuck closed, caused the differential to over pressure , which can bust your seals. Also not a fun repair. The mod allows you to relocate the diff relief valve to your tail light housing, giving you confidence that no water will get in your diff. I take mine through deep water all the time now, no issues. The screen protector keeps you touch screen and gauge cluster from getting scratched up. For some reason they chose a pretty soft plastic for the touch screen, so it’s best to protect it while it’s still new! Hit me up if you have any questions about the frontier I’d be happy to help! I also have install videos for a lift kit wheels and tire install if that’s something you’re interested in. Cheers and congrats! 🎉
I bought the same truck a few months ago and I'm disappointed, frankly. The Jatco transmission shifts rough and unpredictably, so I'm seriously concerned about its longevity. When cruising on the highway it will abruptly drop 2 or 3 gears on the slightest incline, sometimes hitting 5000+ RPM when literally no downshift is even necessary. Stupid transmission/throttle programming is the main reason I hated my 2020 Tacoma and the Pro4x is just as bad if not worse. It's also missing some basic features that a $48,000 truck should definitely have (telescoping steering wheel, fully adjustable driver's seat, ventilated front seats, 4WD high can't be engaged with cruise control, and the fuel economy sucks compared to other midsize trucks. 80% of my driving is highway cruising at 60-70 MPH and I barely get 19 MPG, which is 3 below the highway EPA rating. Nissan could have done A LOT better with this redesign, especially after taking 17 year to do it. I don't plan on keeping this truck long term.
@@shortbus32090 Prices are definitely starting to fall, but I'd be surprised if you could get a loaded P4X with premium package like this one for that price. However, if you can, I'd go for it. I paid $45k for mine and it's just not worth that much.
The non telescope steering doesn't bother me since all my other cars don't have it either, the mpg is all over the place for me depending on the traffic, hopefully the transmission last the life of the truck, but I drive my cars until they're no longer drivable.
Bought my 2023 pro-4x in early October, not having any of the mechanical issues you mentioned. My transmission is smooth and shifts very well. Do agree with you on the missing features. Filled out my Nissan survey this week and for the $48k+ price point, the truck should have: 1) telescoping steering; 2) memory seats; 3) automatic folding mirrors; 4) cooled/ventilated front seats. Looked at some of the new models just coming out (Tacoma, Ranger and Ridgeline), and while some of these trucks have these features, the price points are ridiculous. My built out Ranger clocked in at $58k+, and the Toyota dealers are marking up the Tacoma by $5K right now. The Ridgeline trailsport has been pushed back to spring 2024 and no msrp listed yet. So overall still got a lot of truck for a lot less money. My 2023 was discounted 11% because the 24's were arriving. Overall a good value and a nice looking truck
I bought the 2023 pro4X 4X4 full extras $53,000 and I’m happy and every aspect a lot of people are complaining about the transmission but normally right now electronic truck’s and Cars basically have the same problem not only Nissan Frontier……
53k? Whole smokes! I just picked mine up for $39,999 plus tax and tags. I thought that was to much. Fully loaded too! Damn....53k for this truck is really really high! I told them I wasn't leaving with it until they got it under 40k. They called 5 days later and said come get it. 2023 pro 4x glacier white. I'm not knocking ya I'm just saying that 53k is half ton money.

I also did the same. Bought a Glacier white 23 Pro 4x, massive dealer discounts. Traded in my 2018 Genesis G80 Sport. Pick it up tomorrow.
How much did you get yours for out the door price?
I’m debating to either get a 2023 Nissan titan pro or a 2022 Toyota tundra Trd limited.

Sweet truck man
I’m jealous man! I love this truck can’t wait to get one!! lol so reliable and good quality! ✌🏻🇨🇦
Love the looks of the frontier but up here in Canada they are $60,000! Outta my price range lol
Beautiful I’m gonna buy one this week I like the black but the moment you go off-roading with it you see all the scratches
I got one 3 weeks ago
LOVE IT 😊
First time truck owner here and this is the truck that I bought last August.
My neighbor had someone visit with the same color Pro4x. I really liked the way it looked. I would buy one if I needed a pickup truck.

Thanks...will diffinitley remember that!
I've gotten more compliments in my Frontier ProX than my Nissan Titan. Would have like to see the Titan with a similar face-lift.
they are discontinuing the Titan. i think with the diesel flop they are done. Frontier are way nicer.
@andrewtamkin2511 Yes I know. So sad.
Right on
NISMO has a nice 1.5" lift, 260.00 and it is designed for the Pro4x Frontier.
I have had my 23 pro4x for 10 months. Like everything about it so far.

I’m seeing these new around me with lifetime drivetrain for 39k. Would you still think is a disappointment at that price point? 2023 frontier pro 4x

Kingphenix off amazon

@All-Miles-Matter that could be $53k CAD. I bought mine for $50K CAD 2 years ago. Now the msrp went up to $54k
@D41Pat ok that makes sense then! Lol.
Looks like a dark something. 😂
Much of a discount from dealer?? Looking at same exact model
I got it for $50k out the door...with extended warranty
I bought one Friday. 2023 Pro 4x. Dealer knocked off around $5k off MSRP with 6 year/120k kms warranty.

What brand are those seat covers?
Kingphenix seat covers from Amazon
What camera are you wearing?
Insta360 2g0
a direct copy of the gmc trucks...im thinking lawsuit coming soon...
Except there's no ruler on the Frontier tailgate. How on earth will he measure things!? Lol
Actually GMC canyon changed to look like the Frontier. Frontiers came out in 2022 with the style that GMC copied in 2023.
