    It would be nice to see you quilt from the front of your machine. It would make more sense to me looking at it from the front. You do amazing stitches!!

      I'd love to be able to record from the front. Can't figure out a way to do that and still see what I'm doing....Thank you!!❣️

    I have struggled with trying to keep my feathers at a good distance inside the space I'm quilting. I never thought of placing a chalk mark to position my spine. Genius! Thank you... problem solved!🤗

    I think I could watch this for hours!! Saving it to study. I should simply put some practice fabric on the frame and keep making feathers. These are so beautiful. Thank you for sharing!

    Adria,
    You always inspire me! Fairly newbie here. Wondering if you showed on any of your videos (that I might have missed) how you quilted the other portions of this quilt (the half-square triangles). I just love it but cannot figure out how the pattern goes. Any chance you could show us how you quilted these portions of the quilt also? Thanks for sharing your gift with us! 💕 Lisa Freeman

    Thank you! I hope you're planning more videos soon. I could watch for hours; and have!! Do you too your tips, or float them? I'm working on a project and i don't seem to get the loft you get. Are you using more than one layer of batting? Things for the information and inspiration!!!

    • @adriagoodlongarmquiltingco1719
      @adriagoodlongarmquiltingco1719  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      One layer. I mostly use warm n white cotton batting. I pin my quilts, no floating. Hope to get some more videos up soon!

    Beautiful beautiful quilting! You wouldn’t happen to know the name of the quilt pattern would you?

    • @adriagoodlongarmquiltingco1719
      @adriagoodlongarmquiltingco1719  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The name of the pattern is Flight Path by Lisa Bonjean in the book Scraps Made Simple - Moda All-Stars. It was made in flannel, which I changed to Kim Diehl fabrics. The half square triangles finished at 1.5 in. ; there were 800 of them & I did them all with Thangles. Of course, I made the quilt much harder than it should have been because I decided that each of the 10 half square triangles within the 80 blocks should be different.

    Great quilting!!! I also have a. Gammill vision 2. Where do you mount your camera? I have a go pro hero but cant find a good place to mount it where it will stay or stick. Thanks for sharing you beautiful quilting techniques!! Loved the finished quilt! Your customer must be in love with it!!

      I use a car windshield mount. It suctions under the arm. I also tied elastic around it to hold it secure.

    Your machine just seems to glide, my doesn't seem so smooth? Wish I knew what I was doing so I could make it sew more smoothly. New gammill quilter with gently used gammill plus. Works great, serviced and set up but still......do you stitch in regulated or non regulated mode?
