You should definitely get your CDL bro, if you’re scared to drive a semi you could start of driving something smaller with a class B CDL ( ex, garbage truck, dump truck, busses, etc.) then once you feel comfortable driving a commercial vehicle you can upgrade to a class A CDL where you can drive the bigger semi’s. I start my Class A CDL training January 24th. I’m glad a found your channel im a Colorado native & grew up in metro area! Just recently moved from EdgeWater. I’m going to check that company out! I don’t really want to spend the money on school! If I have to I will though!
I have been helping my husband with a trucking business for years! So when I see people with CDL license making hardly nothing it’s frustrating! Do your research! Go with the companies that are paying well! Fuel drivers make bank! Find a large chain fuel company and get onboard. Pay range is from 1500 to 2300 weekly. This is all while being a company driver. Quality Carriers leasing truck program. They are the highest paying trucking company ! (They haul toxic chemicals) Leasing program high end you make 20k a month, low end 12k a month ! This is AFTER fuel and truck payment! ( This program takes 8 months to a year to get in!) If you can buy your own truck the money is there. Truck stop loading board, TQL, Coyote logistics were a few we used to run with! But be warn you have to have good equipment, money set aside, and a hard work mentality to make it!
Thank you for sharing a great advice for guys who want to get into trucking! Sone of the comments are from drivers worried about other guys getting into trucking, that just talk about a the type of poor mentality they have. So thanks again but being honest and wanting everybody to do good in this field.
Sometimes it’s not always going to be about the money, it’s about what you really want to do in life. And taking risk is sometimes worth it in life because it leads you to truly find yourself. Stay strong out there bro 💯

God bless you and your family. Turned 23 in September, got my permit. Saved up for my CDL class A course, started Monday already got my pre trip down. Was an Amazon driver making barely $1100 every two weeks after taxes. Hoping this will change me my life and be able to support the people around me. Keep grinding bro, motivated me even more to never give up.

I feel your pain. Almost had me in tears. I’m going job to job right now. Feels like I can’t do anything right. My cousin trucks and makes great money. I’m just scared to drive such a big vehicle but I need to make more money. What do you think man?
You should definitely get your CDL bro, if you’re scared to drive a semi you could start of driving something smaller with a class B CDL ( ex, garbage truck, dump truck, busses, etc.) then once you feel comfortable driving a commercial vehicle you can upgrade to a class A CDL where you can drive the bigger semi’s. It’s honestly worth it, you’ll make a good living. Don’t let fear stop you from wanting to do bigger things and succeed in life. You got this! 💯 🤝
I needed to hear this. I have been speaking with my wife about it. Im saving for the 4 week training and hoping the sacrifice will be worth it. I want to change our lives.

Cdl changed my life too, I was making 1500 every two weeks at some warehouse after taxes, now I make that in a week
Hell yea bro . I love to hear it 💯
I have been helping my husband with a trucking business for years!
( This program takes 8 months to a year to get in!)
If you can buy your own truck the money is there.
Definitely agree 💯 thanks for sharing
