Hi Tobias, excellent video as always. May I ask if work on the next phase of construction will start soon? I only see minimal land preparation at the moment.
There is some land praperation. It looks like they will build the new vehicle distribution area first. Unfortunatelly I don't have any schuedules though.

The area is getting cleared now. And the new tents also might be there to remove the other tents from that area. So I expect at least the construction of the new vehicle distribution area soon.

Such a bustling hive of activity. All the loading docks seem to be occupied. The car parks are almost all nearly full. Loads of buses too. Do many take the train?
There are many at the shift changes. But the train schuedule is not the best yet. It involves waiting at the other station to change the train. That's why many people still take the busses.

Giga Berlin is producing Quicksilver colored Model Ys. It was the first factory with this color.

The cell factory seems to be more busy now than before. Are they preparing to produce cells soon you think?
They are producing parts for Austin. I think it depends a lot on Austin when they will start to produce full cells at Giga Berlin. To shift from parts to full cells should be easy.

@@TobiasLindh Can I suggest a video idea? I know you've taken the train in to the Tesla station for its opening, but that was in the early morning.
Can you make a video riding the train in broad daylight? Say, around noon. Show the outside scenery and a few stations along the way and give us a look at the inside of the train too. Very curious to see how it all looks now.
@@gary_rumain_you_peons Maybe I'll do that, when they get a new train. There are no other stations though. It's a very short trip.

Haben Sie hier jetzt auch eine Nachbearbeitungshalle? Ohne Model 2 hat sich die Erweiterung ja auch erledigt. 😞Deshalb ist da noch null action.
Das Model 2 heißt jetzt Model S und wird seit vielen Jahren gebaut. Ein kompakter Tesla ist nicht vom Tisch, und eine neue Fahrzeuggeneration erst recht nicht. Die neue Produktionslinie ist aber eh noch nicht Teil des aktuellen Teilantrags.
@@TobiasLindh Model S wird hier bestimmt nicht gebaut. Wofür soll denn die große Fläche gerodet sein? Ja, vielleicht kommt das kleine Modell in 5-7 Jahren. Die übliche Verzögerung halt. Aber bis dahin ist Tesla leider nur noch ein Schatten seiner selbst. Nicht einmal das Model Y Facelift ist absehbar. Ich bin mit 6stelliger Summe raus aus Tesla. Und selbst die Chefetage hat keinen Bock mehr auf Elons Pläne.
@@renekemna7123 Ich habe nicht behauptet, dass das Model S hier gebaut wird. Das wird in Fremont gebaut.
Ich denke nicht, dass sich an der Timeline für eine neue Produktionslinie etwas ändert. Ich hab die sowieso nicht im kommenden Jahr erwartet.
Ein Facelift für das Model Y halte ich auch noch nicht für nötig. Das Model 3 hat ja grad erst eins bekommen und das ist ja ein paar Jahre älter. Wenn das Model Y jetzt auch direkt ein Facelift bekäme, würde das Model 3 seinen Vorteil direkt wieder verlieren.
@@renekemna7123 Das kleiner Model wird im August vorgestellt und wir im ähnlichen Zeitraum wie der ID2 kommen. Facelift wird nicht früher kommen als das beim Model 3
@@ikarus605 Nein, eben nicht! Das kleine Modell wurde unbestimm verschoben und es wird nur das Robotaxi vorgestellt. Die Vergangenheit zeigt, dass es bei Tesla dann noch 7 Jahre bis zur Serie dauern kann. Zudem ein Robotaxi in Europa "niemals" eine Genahmigung bekommt. Also muss es hier auch nicht gebaut werden.
