Minato Namikaze was the Fourth Hokage of Konohagakure. He died during the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's Attack, sacrificing his life to seal a part of the Nine-Tails into his newborn son, Naruto Uzumaki. Borsalino, more commonly known by his alias Kizaru, is an admiral in the Marines. After Aokiji resigned from the Marines and Akainu was promoted to fleet admiral, Kizaru is now the only remaining admiral from the previous trio. He was first mentioned by Nico Robin during the Straw Hats' initial encounter with Aokiji. Because of his actions, Kizaru can be considered the secondary antagonist of the Sabaody Archipelago Arc, one of the major antagonists of the Marineford Arc, and a supporting antagonist of the Egghead Arc. Naruto Uzumaki is a shinobi of Konohagakure's Uzumaki clan. He became the jinchūriki of the Nine-Tails on the day of his birth a fate that caused him to be shunned by most of Konoha throughout his childhood. After joining Team Kakashi, Naruto worked hard to gain the village's acknowledgement all the while chasing his dream to become Hokage. In the following years, through many hardships and ordeals, he became a capable ninja, regarded as a hero both by the villagers, and soon after, the rest of the world, becoming known as the Hero of the Hidden Leaf. He soon proved to be one of the main factors in winning the Fourth Shinobi World War, leading him to achieve his dream and become the village's Seventh Hokage. Monkey D. Luffy, also known as "Straw Hat Luffy" and commonly as "Straw Hat", is the main protagonist of the manga and anime, One Piece. He is the founder and captain of the increasingly infamous and powerful Straw Hat Pirates, as well as the most powerful of its top fighters. He desires to find the legendary treasure left behind by the late Gol D. Well, by definition, teleportation isn't associated with speed, it's simply instantaneous. So that is a home field advantage. A bit of pre staging would have to be done, though. With his cloak, his base speed and techniques are more iffecient, and he becomes even more OP. The only issue is that he rarely fights anyone who moves at light speed, and he would have a hard time *perceiving* it.
Teleportation or not, you can't fight what you can't see and anticipate.
He anticipated the orbs, teleported Infront of 8 gates Guy, took the hit, and teleported the orbs out of guys path. He did this perceived and executed this so fast that 8 Gates Guy Sensei was moving in slow motion.
Thing is, even if he sets up in a wide area, Kizaru could just fly up high into the sky and bombard the entire area with lasers, destroying all of the tags Minato placed, rendering his entire battle strategy useless. Then he just flashes behind Minato and beats him senseless before he even realises what's happening.

Not to mention that Kizaru has observation haki and his haki was implied to be on the same level as Aokiji and Akainu who were shown to have a mastery of observation haki on a similar level (if not equal) to futuresight.

well, if we take into consideration that haki and chakra coating arent the same thing, we can say that minato gets dogged because he cant hit kizaru as he cannot attack something that he cant touch.
Everyone ignores logia reflex in these vs battles.
Minato can seal him. Not the reaper seal even though he has that (and it was conveniently not mentioned) but its stated he is a master at sealing Justu has he sealed the 9 tails, created the seals on his Kunai, split the 9 tails in two (tailed beast are pure chakra) and can create time spaces with his seal to remove objects from one place and send them elsewhere. He would just seal him. Also Sage mode Kata bypasses defense as stated in the datebook. So Haki, Logia, none of that works against frog Kata which he has as a toad sage mode user
@@jcw034 haki has basically frog kata as well with ryuo but ryuo also has dura neg which kizaru most definitely has, along with future sight. and logia makes him immune to all attacks not haki based or that are not logia themselves. therefore frog kata doesnt give minato an advantage bc he is either immune to it or has a better version of it

this is honestly one of the biggest one piece wank I ever seen
I definitely see it. Although the contentious tentails Madara and eight gates guy feat with base Minato is one that I feel still has some validity that most people don’t give it in more recent times, and I think that would definitely change things quite a lot under certain interpretations. Another thing I think could be considered is that jonin Minato speed blitzed the Raikage’s light speed lariat. Then after Minato died the Raikage trained and then reached the speed of the jonin Minato that blitzed him before based off the databook statement most people know about. Then that jonin Minato speed Raikage gets speed blitzed by kcm Naruto, and that kcm Naruto is the one that’s compared to base hokage Minato all the time. So the calc given in the description could arguably stacked on top of itself. And that’s obviously in base before any of the kcm or sage mode or debatable tentails madara/eight gates guy shenanigans. You could say I’m just being too biased, but it’s just the main argument I’d give to try and equalize the speeds without downplaying kizaru.
The kcm regen would also probably be trouble if they’re close in speed since there wouldn’t be an easy way to put down Minato, while Minato could use sealing jutsu to get around the logia defense. And I do think the sage mode precog would be useful too. I’ve also heard arguments that the admirals even have future sight, which would totally complicate things. I don’t believe that, but it’s just stuff to think about. Plus shadow clones I guess, if you think that’ll really do much. I mean I guess it could potentially be useful. Idk I feel like minato’s arsenal isn’t as limited as it might’ve seemed. Then all the sudden Minato goes baryon mode and starts washing kizaru! And then outa nowhere kizaru awakens his devil fruit and goes into his awakened form! Nah, I’m just playing
sage mode is too op just open up the manga scans from the war where a blind madara who just attained sage mode blitzed the whole battle field lol. There are different tiers to sage mode obviously but minato was known to be op at sage mode. He didnt need shadow clones or maa or paa summonings to go into sage mode. It was almost instant for him. The naruto downplay is crazy on this page. I am not downplaying Kizaru , we have to remember the last feats we saw from kizaru were in Marineford and other than that onepiece red which did not show kizaru in the best light.
@@SA-js8sb hmmmm, we’ll I don’t really think there was necessarily Naruto downplay in the breakdown. I think it’s more so that he just left out some possible higher speed scaling he thought was too debatable or that he disagreed with like some of the stuff that I mentioned that could possibly equalize the speed as well as leaving out stuff that he’s clearly aware of and just didn’t feel was necessary to go over thoroughly. Like, minato is busted at sealing jutsu, he didn’t mention that in the video, but that just cuz Minato having sealing jutsu doesn’t take away from the fact that he thinks kizaru is too fast for him, you know? That was just an example of course.
I will say that the concluding statements of the video did feel like a lot of downplay. Like, addresses pre-time skip one piece light speed feats and then works them up to a lowball scaling all the way to wano, and he also addresses some Minato speed scaling toward the endgame of Shippuden while using part 1 Naruto and early Shippuden light speed feats as support. But then at the end of the video highlights that he used early game light speed one piece feats juxtaposing Minato, even though he literally brought up early game Naruto light speed feats in a similar way. Feels kind of weird, but sure, if he thinks kizaru is faster than Minato then that still kinda tracks with what he was saying I guess. But then he says that kcm minato would be turned to ash by one blast from kizaru striking the floor below him despite the fact that he previously said that he acknowledged that Minato and kizaru would be extremely close in ap. I’d say all that stuff was mostly just trolling though since he jokingly admits to being bias toward kizaru at the end of the video.
Also I wouldn’t even say film red made kizaru look bad, it’s more like shanks made kizaru look bad lol. Aka it made shanks look good. Kinda the same thing, but not haha.

The only problem here is the multiplier multiplier, it's an amp not a multiplier. Kurama isn't making his 2× better kurama is giving him a 10+ (yea I suck at explaining lmao but this the best I can think of)
The only problem I have is that Kizaru wouldn’t take it seriously at first, so it would likely give Minato time to set up a plan, or something, especially when resengan has durability negation, and the half nine tails can be scaled to planetary with powering an army, when only a few dozen could blow up the moon in the last, and Minato at 14 evenly clashed with this kurama, and in the afterlife fought Kurama multiple times, so minato likely has the power advantage, but Kizaru the speed, so it really comes down to if Kizaru messes up
No bc kizaru is literally light you can’t hit light and minato doesn’t have haki luffy and every one in one piece uses haki no character from Naruto has haki which means no character from Naruto can beat a logia type df user or a haki user like vergo with his armament haki his will wouldn’t allow anything to hurt him and bc they don’t have haki they can’t compete like shanks conquerors haki he just stares at you and you die

Personally I agree with teleportation not counting for infinite speed but for the Goku thing I would like to point to the fact that he outspeed Hit while Hit was using time skip
When was this? I don't recall that ever happening? I know that he powered up and because of that it caused hit's power to be slightly redundant because it reduced the amount of time it worked, as explained in the manga, that the ability only worked effectively against those equal too or below the person using the technique.
Goku was stronger so the ability didn't last long enough for that to work, and the other times, he was just baiting hit, making him think that he was attacking when really he wasn't and the instant that hit's ability wore off, he instantly blocked the moment prior to Hit landing.
There could be a fight that I'm not remembering and if you could please tell me which chapter it was I would appreciate it, as I would like to have a read, since I can't really remember it.

That's different. In dragon ball you can resist or straight up ignore hax from ki related abilities if your ki is high enough. Pretty sure weis says something along those lines after Goku beats hit.

Even though both characters are multi continental attack power that doesn't mean each character can tank multi continental hits. Like kizaru yes he can giving his clashes and hits he took but Minato being a character who uses speed and techniques to dodge attacks to make openings. Have not tank or block the same kinda of attacks like 8th tails attacks
I can see that, but minato did took an enton rasenshuriken to the chest and was briefly still able to use jutsu and not be torn apart, keep in mind that wind style amps firestyle as well

Luffy has been faster than Lightspeed since early pre timeskip, he dodged 4 lightspeed attacks from a Pacifista which was made with Kizaru's DF, and said it was "too slow". And even then, he was a tad bit below the Admirals. AKAINU AND AOKIJI, CHANGED THE CLIMATE OF AN ISLAND THAT'S PROBABLY THE SIZE OF AUSTRALIA. JUST A SMALL EXAMPLE OF HOW POWERFUL THE ADMIRALS ARE.

No, it was supposed to denote the difference in power between Kizaru and Hawkins alone; Luffy and Zoro already had scaling to lightspeed by this point from Kuma’s pad cannon, and there’s no basis for assuming that they scale to being as weak as Hawkins in the pre timeskip.

Here’s the thing, Oda’s made it obvious that logia’s do not force your speed into being static. Kizaru can move way faster than light, and hell, even if he couldn’t then that’s not an antifeat for the rest of the cast, it just means he’s slower than them cuz Luffy’s had relativistic feats since the first 300 chapters.

Enel could at the very least have reletavistic reaction speed, since he was shown being able to move through a gold wall without overshooting his destination (electricity travels through solid conductors like gold anywhere from 50-99% light speed)

I know it might be a bit of a odd request for verses as they're of the same verse but would you be willing to consider a verses with a serious kokushibo vs all the hashira. I see that not many people actually make a video that goes into detail of the match and often people tend to say "Kokushibo died fighting only three hashira, so he would be slaughtered by all of them at once" without taking into account that most of the fight he was not serious and was facing them 1 on 1 after each other popping in to save the last from death.
Imo Kokushibo would win high diff many ppl forgot that the main reason Hashira won is BC of Genya's BDA without that in account they would struggle way more and most Hashira (Tengen Shinobu Rengoku Mitsuri and arguably Mui and Tomioka) are simply fodder to him and would add nothing to the fight Kokushibo could simply OS them with AoE attacks and get rid of the other especially if they all start at their peak

My thing is like with kcm2 naruto in the war, he gave the alliance a cloak that allowed them to tank the ten tails cataclysm attack which is easily continental arguably higher, and this is the lesser form juubi, we see even like naruto took this in what look like base. The amp given to the alliance is like 10 times the chakra levels of kakashi, same kakashi who is already approaching high kage level, and we know bijuu chakra is a direct amp to strength and speed, that being said, naruto has like 10s of thousands of times more chakra than kakashi who as a child cut a lightning bolt in half while extremely chakra deprived, its safe to say adult kakashi is atleast relativistic if your anal about it, naruto is way beyond that, keep in mind naruto needed kcm to even come near minatos speed at all in the first place, so even with sage mode all of that naruto was not on minatos level at all, until kcm and kcm2 since naruto initial kcm2 reminds kakashi of minato right after guy said"so fast", naruto proceed to get stronger and stronger keeping up with the likes of obito and madara, then gets another amp to his kcm2, and minato is relative to that.
minato should be insanely faster than light here you can argue that he did not even need the kcm amp or that the amp did not do as much for him as it did for naruto, and while we can say kizaru should be way faster than light, we havent seen that type of feats from him yet, so atleast until then, minato has higher speed scaling feats than kizaru since we dont even know really if kizaru is faster than kaido or gear 5 luffy yet, the best way to say otherwise is if you take all of the feats so far that excludes the admirals, and since its stated kizaru should be the fastest, just stack all the feats shown by big mom, kaido, gear4 and 5, zoro law sanji and kid, yamato as well, if you take all that scaling and say kizaru should be faster than that, then yes he might be faster than minato by a lot, but if we go off his feats we saw, then minato not only has better reactions and perceptions, but is also comparable in movement speed maybe just in base also.

As for the pacifista light beams, they are never stated to be a copy Kizaru's light beams. The pacafista light beams are only modeled after Kizaru's light beams, and it would make much more sense for them to be made of plasma instead of light because they weren't able to dodge kizaru's light attacks, which are indeed light speed. All of the databooks and vivre cards state kizaru to be specifically light speed, and yes, the vivre cards and databooks are reliable--Oda approves them and supervises their creation. It's also super goofy to expect light to be faster than light.

There’s so much wrong with this that it’s hard to know where to start.
1) Drake, a double agent of the marines and someone aware of Vegapunk, blatantly said that the Pacifista lasers were reproduced from Kizaru’s lasers. And considering Vegapunk’s achievements in copying/replicating devil fruit abilities, there’s no reason to assume they function any differently from Kizaru’s ability.
2) The make up of the Pacifista lasers are never said to be any different from Kizaru’s light, and they’re never referenced as being a plasma, so there’s no basis for this headcanon.
3) The only Straw Hat that actually had any trouble dealing with Kizaru’s speed was Luffy at Marineford, a version of Luffy that was far from peak performance (was near constantly getting beat down through the war, was thrown from the ocean by Jinbe (being submerged or touching sea prism tires devil fruit users), his body was crashing from Ivankov’s hormone injection from Impel Down). Other than that, a tired Zoro was sniped off guard by Kizaru at Saobody, and otherwise none of the other Straw Hats actually had to contend with Kizaru’s speed, so there’s no reliable basis for arguing that the Pacifista lasers are any slower.

Why is it goofy to assume that a devil fruit can grow more powerful from its base abilities, or for devil fruit abilities to exhibit more powerful traits compared to their real element counterparts (ie, Crocodile’s sand being able to rapidly dehydrate anything he touches, Enel’s lightning being far larger in volume and power than real lightning and being able to travel through non conductive material like a wooden spear shaft, Mr 3’s wax being as hard as steel, etc.)
Even if you don’t buy into his devil fruit powers getting stronger/faster, Kizaru’s combat speed isn’t limited to his devil fruit powers (ie. being fast enough to match Rayleigh in sword combat, the same Rayleigh who could tag Kizaru traveling at lightspeed through his Yata Mirror).

look. minato is faster because he teleports. teleportation is inherently a faster form of travel than light. it takes light 8 minutes to reach earth from the sun, but if minato has a seal on the sun, he gets there instantly (note all statements are being used as a measure of distance im not saying minato would survive teleporting into the sun). TLDR minato is faster because teleportation is quite litteraly instant and as fast as you can possibly get under any circumstances.
Although because of the limitation of flying raijin needing seal. kizuru's battle speed is likely faster.

Any character who has Immeasurable speed or is Omnipresent is faster than someone who can instantly teleport.

I've seen so many manga artist and novel writter absolutely bonking the most basic physicd, like thinking the speed of sound ~ lightspeed.
Or that for Massively faster then light character, thinking a sentence in just 1 second is fast.
Or straight up Light-like object that's way bellow light speed.
Obvious example : Star wars
The blaster aren't lightspeed. They are just plasma.
Lightsaber don't move at light speed either. (I've seen dumb Scaler saying something is lightspeed because it has light in the name).
It's completly possible that these "light" attack, are just throwing fast moving light emiters.

The pacifista lasers aren't light speed bc they don't act like real lasers, they cause explosions. Kizaru can move at light speed but only with the mirror technique similar to haku from naruto.

We all forgetting naruto characters lack internal durability, as stuff like the gentle fist and such which attack the organs directly where shown effective on every level of ninja, and cause they can’t train their organs, while characters from one piece do, as people like kaido, luffy, or anyone who is capable of taking a fishman karate hit, would have to have internal durability, which is shown through the whole anime. The admirals would have ryou, aka advanced armament, and liquidate their organs on the first hit

Teleportation always outspeeds any speed because it is not even speed. It is outside the realm of speed because distance divided by zero time is undefined. Teleportation cannot be measured as speed. It is its own thing.

If I'm not mistaken,luffy never dodged Pacifista lasers pre ts and In the war luffy was not in g2 when/before kizaru sent him flying.
