Sir, thanks for the amaaaayzing set of videos on NI Act. As always, it was very helpful. I had a doubt that in case the holder is entitled to get 8 thousand rupees and he enters 9 thousand rupees in the instrument, how will anyone get to know that he has entered a wrong amount (for the fact that he didn’t mention the actual amount to be paid). Also, if the holder in due course gets ten thousand, where as the actual expense to be paid to the holder was 8 thousand, is it not an unjust enrichment for the holder in due course?

Sir, suppose the revenue stamp which is affixed in a instrument has the higher payment limit is 10000/- & the amount of goods/service is Rs.7000/-. Is it possible that the payee can fill the amount of Rs.9000/- in that instrument? What'll happen in this case?

Regarding Incomplete Instrument revenue worth for below Rs.10,000.00 is fixed, but the if the holder fixes one more revenue can he draw more amount?

How to change? The stamp is already fixed tight. Even a little mark of temperament, it will be invalid
