It's PARTY TIME! Why? No reason, but you NEED to make this cake so I propose you find a reason to have a party and MAKE IT HAPPEN! It's all of your favourite things in one cake!
Recipe -
For the sponge...
375g soft unsalted butter
375g caster sugar
6 lg eggs
375g self raising flour
4 tbs milk + 1 tsp vanilla extract
food colour paste in your choice of colours!

Meringue poops is the best thing I've ever heard in a baking video. I particularly love that this colourful beauty of a cake is made in front of the sprinkle cupboards of my dreams.

White chocolate is really difficult to handle.. Jemma, can you please do a masterclass on white chocolate where you share some important tips and tricks on melting and colouring the white chocolate.. it'll be really helpful.. ❤️

Hi, I made this cake yesterday. The sponge tastes great and is super soft, not dry and really quickly made. I liked the idea of colouring the milk and mix it with the batter.
I used vanilla-pudding-buttercream ( german style) and together that tastes devine.
Thank you for the decorating ideas! My buttercream was all shades of pink for a very girly birthday cake.

Woah I think I can make this. Not sure about the white chocolate bit though but I think I can do this. Especially since you didn't do any specific measuring with the batter and used a spoon which is such a relief!
