I am about to build a disk screener on my processor, we have such thick bark out west I am tempted too not stagger the disks left and right. I am hoping keeping the disks more in a row will let the bark fall through. Thoughts? I like your big rigs btw !

What diameter are disc's? I just drew one up and used a 9" diameter with 5 flat side s

What's the spacing between them? I built a tumbler before but this looks like it works better
