Very good video. All the detail thats needed. I have the roof lining to do on my E34 as well. Before you start the job it can seem a bit daunting but once you get going following your video makes it all fall into place. You had a couple of minor areas that hadn't held and I wonder if that would have been because you used straight material whereas the usual material is foam backed. This seems to be the main problem with foam backed and I wonder if you have completed a better job as to lasting ability by just using straight material. With broken plastic, and you cant get OEM new or 2nd hand sometimes I've found these pieces can be 3d printed. I needed two speaker covers for my E28 in the front footwells and you cannot tell the difference and the price was ridiculously cheap. If they dont last which I believe they will, you can just get some more printed off. Anyway thank you for a great job
@@spanneraction6601 parcel shelf upper seat belt trim... the 2 that you hammered down. Ive sold a few here in the US... the sun makes them brittle and b4 you know it its cracked.
I thought you meant the little plastic rivets I hammered. Those belt trims I've removed and refitted numerous times, we don't get as much sun so I assume that's why they're still solid.
Great job. Excellent video!
This video is 1000% what i need as I'm redoing all the fabric in my interiror amd didnt know how to do the rear deck
Great informative video. Nice work 👍

I am interested to see how the spray adhesive holds up as the place I bought mine from recommended the expensive high temperature spray adhesive!
I doubt you'd need a high temp adhesive, gravity isn't working against it so a really heavy duty adhesive isn't required.
Awesome job,👍☝️👌👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thanks!
Great Video 👍🏻, turned out really nicely… Great car aswell, is it a UK Limited Edition?
Thanks! Yes it's LE 39/50.
Careful with the plastic trim... they add up when their broken and need replacement
Which trim?
