The brown look in fake gold is from oxidation. When making fake gold items, they alloy about 1% to maybe 2% gold with brass. This makes the brass look like gold when polished. Over time it will start to have some oxidation.
I've found the reason why the fake one is brown and on some occasions silver looking, is because what the base metal is. What I mean by that is, the glazing over the metal. Most plated gold that is fake is over brass or stainless steal. In other cases it's a different metal. The reason why it discoloration is the tarnishing from use
Thank you for taking the two gold rope chains outside to the sunlight. Your credibility is A++, brother. Your descriptions and how your articulate the differences between real and fake are spot on! +Tim M yes and no. The brownish color I'm referring to is the base metal that shows on a gold plated chain. Your chain is dull and needs to be polished

negronera18 all chains are plated bud. 14k gold even polished doesn't look to yellow that's why they are 18k plated straight from the manufacturer. If you have an old 14k chain you will notice from years of use, contact with skin, and regular ultrasonic cleaning it will look dull that's because the original 18k plate wore off.
solid gold chains aren't plated they are mixed with other alloys depend on what gold they are to get that colour. 18kt yellow gold chain will have 75% gold mixed with copper and a small percentage of nickel/zinc etc or other alloy to gain the strength. The poster above my post was saying that some fake gold eg electro plated gold can smell due to the smell of the copper. The only pure gold that gets plated is white gold which receives rhodium to give it a strong hard coating finish and more resistant to scratches. That is of course if the jeweler has mixed the yellow gold with a higher percentage of nickel to get the silver colour. Some white gold makers mix the yellow gold with silver or even platinum for a stronger whiter finish that won't make their white gold ring turn yellow and require a re dip of rhodium plating very often
negronera18 my family has been in the jewelry business for 50+ years doing wholesale work for other Jewelers and also owning a few retail stores. They hand made everything from hand carving wax molds, casting, pre polish cleaning, setting, cutting, everything to the finish product. I worked summers as a kid shooting wax, casting, and polishing jewelry. The only thing they carried in their store that they didn't make by hand were chains. I've been to Italy to the factory where they make the chains ok you have to realize these are not one single peice of gold but rather links that are soldered together than polished after the polish they are plated. Also why do you say " the only pure gold that's plated is white gold"? Pure gold is .9999 and yellow bud. White gold, especially 14k white gold, is rhodium plated after you polish to look more white it has nothing to do with scratch resistance. Also you would use palladium with a base metal when alloying for white gold.
and im from arezzo which is were the 1st gold company uno aerre comes from, whats your point? 9kt gold is 9kt gold its not plated in 18kt, maybe thats the way your family made gold but ive worked and tested numerous of gold pieces from all around the world and when you acid test new and second gold pieces they only stand against what kt they are made from. If you knew your alloys you would know that rhodium is the most expensive alloy and is what makes the white gold not tarnish due to the hardness, that is why silver tarnishes and white gold doesn't. Just because the gold you have dealt with may have been plated in a higher kt, doesn't mean that every jeweller in the world redips their gold piece in a higher kt piece. 18kt looks brighter for a reason, 9 kt looks less brighter for a reason. Pure gold in my reference refers to solid gold. If every different chain that is made is then redipped in a higher kt as you say then they would all look the same?
i think it's best to buy from legit jewelers, shouldn't be hard to find if you know about buying gold to begin with. learn about grams, penny weights, and pure gold percentages in 10, 14, 18, 24k, etc. learn current price per ounce/gram of the various purities. then you can fight with sellers about scrap price and what your paying over. learn before you buy, not after or you'll overpay for tiny chains and pieces. example, just bought 4.5mm diamond cut 14k rope chain 24 inches $1800, at 31.41 grams total weight or almost 1.2 ounces, or 20.2 pennyweights (market is $1200+per ounce of 14k purity, as 58.3% of the chain is pure 14k, get it?). the extra markup i paid comes from the engineering costs, taxes added, and profit rates of course. use these formulas when u wanna spend any amount of money on gold and don't wanna get ripped off. i think 14k is best balance of strength(mixed intentionally with half metal and less fragile if u wear and are active ) overall price, and color.
the comparison may not apply depending on what gold you are looking at... japanese gold/philippine gold/italian gold/spanish gold/chinese gold/singapore gold/thai gold/saudi gold will all have different "gold hues"... saudi gold can look "brownish-yellow" at 21K... chinese gold can go "very yellow" in 21-24K.. japanese standard 18K gold looks less yellow and more brown... 14K will look "less yellowish" under the sun because it's not reflecting the gold but the other metals mixed in it.... in most asian/middle east countries 14K is a joke and only used when there's a need to mount a stone for strength... it should be 18K the least and up to 21-22K for high quality jewelry...
That's right. In Peru where my dad is from 18k is like a standard anything under is considered very low quality. But 21k & 24k isn't smart to but because it's more delicate.
all gold comes from the ground/earth so doesn't matter where it comes from it has the same universal price also. Different continents may mix the gold with different alloys to give it more or less colour.
jefferson faudan high quality fine jewelry doesn't have to be 22k minimum brother. Have you ever worked on high purity gold with fine jewelry? Fine jewelry is done in 18k gold or .950 platinum but Jewelers prefer to work on 18k gold because platinum is harder to work with if you had to resize a ring or any kind of soldering repair work. I have to say .950 platinum is easier to set pave in but since platinum is so soft the prongs wear out faster and the customer will lose stones. 18k is great to work with and easier to do repairs on. Even with a laser platinum is a bitch if you had to size a ring.
You could also just use a magnet and if the magnet attracts the piece aggressively then it is most likely fake gold. Real gold will MAYBE get a light pull to the magnet
I disagree with length and size because alot of chains can be long and big in width but also be hollow hold it depends on if it's semi solid hollow or solid
This is silly. There are easier and less subjective ways to tell if gold is real. First see if it's marked. If its marked 10k, 14k, 18k or 24k you should definitely take a closer look. If it's not marked anywhere it's almost a foregone conclusion that it's fake. Then there's the magnet test. Gold and silver dont react to the magnetic pull and while there are some exceptions most fake jewelry will stick. That was always my first step when someone brought in a large amount of jewelry and it was all mixed together; run the magnet over and hand them back everything that got picked up. The rest I would go over looking for markings, setting aside any obvious fakes. FACT: Being able to recognize real/fake jewelry is something that only comes with experience. There are too many little tells not to mention variations in style and quality of fake (or "costume") jewelry to give anything resembling a comprehensive lesson here, but if you use your magnet, look for the markings and get a second opinion until you're comfortable (any pawn shop will confirm authenticity if ur not above insinuating that your gold is for sale). There's absolutely no rule stating that u have to accept their lowball offer;)
Eva Morgan 14k gold can have nickel in it so surely it’s stick to a magnet right? I have a supposed 14k rope chain and it sticks to a magnet. It seems like real gold though, it has a nice color and a good weight. If it sticks it doesn’t automatically mean it’s fake right?
Brian Ruiz I have a 14 k figaro Nd it doesn't stick. Depends on what's in the chain I guess, but usually the part that connects and disconnects will stick to a magnet bc of the spring in it to close the clip.
@@beanboi_13 I'm sorry but anything above 10k (which is the lowest amount of gold that a piece of jewelry must contain in order to be of any value) will NEVER stick to a magnet. Neither will silver. I was tought this by a jewelry store owner and have since seen literally dozens of people use the trick when buying jewelry "off market". There's a staggering amount of misinformation here. Go to a pawnshop. They will test ur gold for free.
This video is for ppl who want to tell the difference between real and fake with their eyes while another person is wearing it. Your not gona start pulling out magnets and stuff while talking to a client or coworker etc.
I have a 14k Gold plated chain and it’s not brown what so ever. It actually has a really nice shine to it and the ropes are really tightly together unlike some of these chains like gold gods lol.
Erik Dela Cruz I doubt its real cuz no idiot would sale a golden chain for $9.00 plus it was probably dipped in a higher karat gold than the karat of your other chain
what happens if like two little little little parts of my chain stuck but literally the rest of the chain and didnt even react to it what does that mean does it mean its real cuz the whole chain didnt stick
@@user-tr4el8nf4m if the part that is hooking is the clasp where you connect the chain it’s normal because there’s springs inside of it but if it’s the links of the chain or the ropes then that’s not good
All three right on the mark. For me, the most notable difference is in the kinks and just bad craftsmanship. Most legit jewelers would never waste real gold making such a piece.
One of the things I learned quick while working at a pawn shop is toc heck the clasp and look for the number 925. The reason that number is important is because it basically means Sterling Silver (sterling silver is 92.5% pure. If a piece of gold jewelry has "925" on the clasp, then it's made of sterling silver, and gold-plated.
Never buy gold plated or vermeil eventually the fake gold will wear out and you will regret it and say I should of just bought real gold that lasts forever.
you cannot look at it and tell its fake. you got 10k 14k 18k 24k and 21k 22k in some countries, you got rose gold which is all cut with different alloys. the higher the karat the less the alloy and the more gold. 24k 99.9% gold is the darkest of the karats with sort of brownish tint. this guys misleading the people✌🏿
plated gold fades very quickly its usually ep in 18k gold witch as soon as you sweat a little will give it that brown color. also like you said the craftsmanship i cheap the effort put into essembling real gold jewelry is just better then the mass produced fake stuff. weight isnt necessarily the best way to see if something is authentic gold. real jewelry will typically weigh less then the fake version because making it in gold is so much more expensive then brass, stainless steel, or even silver.
Another test: try a magnet on it. Gold is non-ferrous and cannot be picked up with a magnet. But other metals too are non-ferrous: copper, aluminum, brass, etc. Just because it cannot be picked up with a magnet does not mean it's gold. But one thing is certain: if it CAN be picked up with a magnet it has iron in it and is therefore at best filled gold and at worst not even gold-plated.
I thought the higher carats meant the gold color changes but I asked at the jewelry store and they said you really can't tell the difference it depends on what it was mixed with
@@hectorsoto8805 that's literally what I said, u said There would be a change in the colour. Gold doesn't really change colour when there is more of it. Different gold has different colours, even if it is 24ca, 18ca, or any ca.
The best way to tell if your gold rope chain is real or not - The loop that separate the chain from the clamp - If the loop has a cut in it or it's glued together its FAKE - Only REAL chains has a SOLID loop
I wear fake chains who cares I rather have money in my bank then spend it on a metal around my neck ( but yet again I don’t flex it like it’s real, I just like the feel of it on my neck).

26 grams of 14k gold at 25 dollars or so per gram equals 650.... so you said 1100... almost 50 dollars a gram that's would be considered a rip off in any other situation... funny how people don't use this when it comes to gold as if gold doesn't have a trackable value

Prince Vegeta Gold is like $40 a gram today give or take...Now multiply that by 25 grams...It actually seems like He got a good deal for $1100 when factor in manufacturing costs and the size of the chain. I know for a fact that chains 5mm or more costs more to make than below 5mm..It's really the difference between hands made and machine made chain....Hisy chain is definitely hand made.
+MyVlogz high purity gold does have a darker color but I was referring to the color of plated jewelry over brass which most fake jewelry consists of. That combo gives an ugly distinctive brown/darker combo
+JACOJE LYNX I bought two small fake gold chains from the middle of the mall last year around this time and I swear to God they have the luster of 10k gold...I haven't had to clean them once ...idk what's up with that.

And please don't raise your prices in the future when you become rich and famous.. I mean like for example 'Tiffany' ?? That brand is overpriced everything because of the name.
Thank you for your time, very informative video. Do you by any chance have some expertise on gemstones too? If so, you should make a video about that too for those who have, or think may have diamond, emerald, ruby etc. rings to somewhat get an idea to see if the gems one may have are real or just simulated (imitation) ones. Thanks again.
How to tell if your Gold Chain, Bracelet, Ring is real. 1. Water Test leave your Chain, Bracelet and Ring in the Water for 10-15 minutes. 2. Check the Stamp if it's has Markings either it's 10K, 14K, 18K, 20K, 22K, and 24K. Marking is key to get the right gold. Make sure to look up Gold Stamp Marking. No Marking its either Gold Plated with Sterling Silver Under the Platting. But you can go to your local Jewelry shop to check for you. 3. Soap and Toothbrush technique. Grab your Dish Soap, Water, and Toothbrush. Scrub your Gold when apply the Dish Soap to your Brush. If it does not change then it's an automatic real gold.
I was in your shoes once. Just got my first 3 gold solid pieces bro. It's worth it and you'll get there one day too. keep grinding , I had over 15 fake pieces
+Jeffery 進撃の巨人 just means it's solid. There's hallow and semi hallow chains that aren't solid. Everything is the purity that it's indicated (10kt,14kt,18kt).
I have a gold chain and I can't tell if it fake or real it has a carving in it which says GLD if you could respond your email or phone number so I could send a pic of it thx
As long as is gold u good 10k 14k 18k or whatever it is just make sure you don't over pay weight the chain and google it to see what's the value per Gram base on the karats u planning to buy remember if u ever plan to resell it pawnshops or whenever u planning to sell it at they will only pay you for the weight not the design nor how much u bought it for .
Freedom 進撃の巨人 gold is categorized by karat. a karat is percentage go pure gold to a cut metal. pure gold (.9999) is 24 karat. so, you devide 100 by 24 and it come out to around 4 percent per karat. so, 10 karat has ~%40 gold, 10 karats x %4 (per karat) =%40.
I just bought a chain for my boyfriend at a professional jewellers in a mall but I was holding it and it feels so light like soft plastic almost it’s only 10k but do u think that’s right?
I have a gold chain 10k 28 inches ,everytime i wash it ,it shines more ,it is heavy well it has its weight ,but if it was fake it will rust right when u shower it? When i shower with mine gets brighter , is it showering with it bad? Even doe its real gold , and my chain has a yellow shine color to it
Gabby Flying Chef, unfortunately gold plating isn't desired by many jewelers simply because they cannot scrap it. When a store buys your piece, it's probably going to be melted. I recommend going to a local store and ask if anyone in the area is buying "costume" or "gold plated" jewelery.
oh damn my dawg getting views!! Educating a lot of clueless people lol some people actually think a "real" gold chain means it's 100% 24k gold lol keep on teaching Professor Jacoje!!
Also, is the value of gold determined just by the weight or also on the Kts? Does the weight factor apply just to chains, or also to any other type of jewelry? Let's say I have a 14k yellow gold small ladies' ring that has small diamonds and sapphires in it, so if that ring is 14k but doesn't in itself have much weight because its a small ladies' ring (but has some small gemstones in it) can that affect the value of the ring? Thank you very much for your time.
Generally no.. the stones are not worth much themselves. The K is the purity of the gold.. so if you have a 10g 14k piece of jewelry (without stones), the value of the chain should be the spot price of gold (about $60/gram) times the purity (which would be 14/24, or .5833) times the weight (10) which is about $350. Nobody wants the tiny gemstones since you can't melt them down and recreate into something else easily, those would have to be removed from the jewelry before weighing

You dumb lol
i think it's best to buy from legit jewelers, shouldn't be hard to find if you know about buying gold to begin with. learn about grams, penny weights, and pure gold percentages in 10, 14, 18, 24k, etc. learn current price per ounce/gram of the various purities. then you can fight with sellers about scrap price and what your paying over. learn before you buy, not after or you'll overpay for tiny chains and pieces. example, just bought 4.5mm diamond cut 14k rope chain 24 inches $1800, at 31.41 grams total weight or almost 1.2 ounces, or 20.2 pennyweights (market is $1200+per ounce of 14k purity, as 58.3% of the chain is pure 14k, get it?). the extra markup i paid comes from the engineering costs, taxes added, and profit rates of course. use these formulas when u wanna spend any amount of money on gold and don't wanna get ripped off. i think 14k is best balance of strength(mixed intentionally with half metal and less fragile if u wear and are active ) overall price, and color.
Middle of the mall sh*t
So look at a person and make an assumption/judgement on if they would really spend money on jewelry
😂😂
the comparison may not apply depending on what gold you are looking at... japanese gold/philippine gold/italian gold/spanish gold/chinese gold/singapore gold/thai gold/saudi gold will all have different "gold hues"... saudi gold can look "brownish-yellow" at 21K... chinese gold can go "very yellow" in 21-24K.. japanese standard 18K gold looks less yellow and more brown... 14K will look "less yellowish" under the sun because it's not reflecting the gold but the other metals mixed in it.... in most asian/middle east countries 14K is a joke and only used when there's a need to mount a stone for strength... it should be 18K the least and up to 21-22K for high quality jewelry...
+jefferson faudan great points!
You are CORRECT. American gold.is considered junk in many other parts of the world.
A lot of people on here are getting mad because they will never be able to afford a real gold chain😂😂😂
+Isaias buitron I know right
Isaias buitron lmao fr
Lucky for me i work hard and get what i want fam
Yea the most I'll got is 300$ lol
Isaias buitron i got a 24k gold cross chain from egypt. But its kinda thin.
Just bought some of his chains and pendants. Very good quality and will definitely be buying some more
Post some videos I bet they look nice
You could also just use a magnet and if the magnet attracts the piece aggressively then it is most likely fake gold. Real gold will MAYBE get a light pull to the magnet
I disagree with length and size because alot of chains can be long and big in width but also be hollow hold it depends on if it's semi solid hollow or solid
He was obviously talking about two chains that have identical links...
Are you going to sell regular chains on your website?
Eva Morgan alright thank ya
This video is for ppl who want to tell the difference between real and fake with their eyes while another person is wearing it. Your not gona start pulling out magnets and stuff while talking to a client or coworker etc.
I have a 14k Gold plated chain and it’s not brown what so ever. It actually has a really nice shine to it and the ropes are really tightly together unlike some of these chains like gold gods lol.
What u don’t know yours from gold gods lmao 🤣
@@patmiles6429 your about 3 years fucking late buddy. No one wears Gold Gods anymore 💀
I bought a $9.00 gold rope chain from ebay and it looks more real than my real gold rope chain 😅
it's probably just dipped in higher karat gold than the karat of your solid chain
You dummy
Erik Dela Cruz I doubt its real cuz no idiot would sale a golden chain for $9.00 plus it was probably dipped in a higher karat gold than the karat of your other chain

I don’t trust any of these shops in Miami. Definitely buying from you when I’m ready. Great work!!
i wouldn't bother my friend over a real or fake chain, i have 3 real gold necklaces and 1 gold plated cuban link 30 in and i like it most.
+Stay Mad nice
Is a 14k gold rope chain 4mm 24 inch 30.3 grams worth 1100?
Chris Lindgren id say that’s a really good deal/// from what I know gold is reallllyyyy expensive and my 1 mm 26 inch is $500
LOVE YOUR TIE FIGHTER AND TWIN POD CLOUD CAR! STAR WARS AND GOLD TOTALLY RULE!
If the "gold" sticks to a magnet, you have a big problem also ;-)
what happens if like two little little little parts of my chain stuck but literally the rest of the chain and didnt even react to it what does that mean does it mean its real cuz the whole chain didnt stick
What If i walk through the thing that checks if I got weapons and it beeps lol
@@user-tr4el8nf4m if the part that is hooking is the clasp where you connect the chain it’s normal because there’s springs inside of it but if it’s the links of the chain or the ropes then that’s not good
that kobe game winner in the background tho :)
+JimkobeAdventures yup my favorite picture. Pure motivation
So random I saw this comment right after his passing
Thank you for showing this differences between fake and real
Thanks for demonstrating how to tell the difference between a real 14K gold chain and a fake one.
Can a fake gold chain still have the 14k gold imprint? Or is it if it has the imprint its 100%?
What’s your opinion on gold plated and vermiel? Especially for earrings, I think it’s better to not have them too heavy.
Never buy gold plated or vermeil eventually the fake gold will wear out and you will regret it and say I should of just bought real gold that lasts forever.
This is the first video I ever watch I’ve been hooked since
you cannot look at it and tell its fake. you got 10k 14k 18k 24k and 21k 22k in some countries, you got rose gold which is all cut with different alloys. the higher the karat the less the alloy and the more gold. 24k 99.9% gold is the darkest of the karats with sort of brownish tint. this guys misleading the people✌🏿
copper is mixed with rose gold to give it that colour.
But you know if your broke ass buddy bought it!
old school
plated gold fades very quickly its usually ep in 18k gold witch as soon as you sweat a little will give it that brown color. also like you said the craftsmanship i cheap the effort put into essembling real gold jewelry is just better then the mass produced fake stuff. weight isnt necessarily the best way to see if something is authentic gold. real jewelry will typically weigh less then the fake version because making it in gold is so much more expensive then brass, stainless steel, or even silver.
+Robertiskool007 very true!
You’re right, especially about the weight.
When you win a chain from a claw machine XD
Another test: try a magnet on it. Gold is non-ferrous and cannot be picked up with a magnet. But other metals too are non-ferrous: copper, aluminum, brass, etc. Just because it cannot be picked up with a magnet does not mean it's gold.
But one thing is certain: if it CAN be picked up with a magnet it has iron in it and is therefore at best filled gold and at worst not even gold-plated.
I cant stop looking at his side burns one big gap
I'll be scared AF to carry it around...lol.
I thought the higher carats meant the gold color changes but I asked at the jewelry store and they said you really can't tell the difference it depends on what it was mixed with
That’s cap lol color most def changes from 14k to 18k etc
@@hectorsoto8805 I guess, but not by much, it's more about the shine lol.
@@thilluthaya1190 no it’s not 18 or 24k doesn’t mean it’s gonna shine more just means it’s more gold percent wise
@@hectorsoto8805 that's literally what I said, u said There would be a change in the colour. Gold doesn't really change colour when there is more of it. Different gold has different colours, even if it is 24ca, 18ca, or any ca.
I made some errors in the first sentence, I said shine by mistake.
best way to tell without testing is the weight and how is shines in the sun
Thank you for the gold jewelry education 👍🏻
The best way to tell if your gold rope chain is real or not - The loop that separate the chain from the clamp - If the loop has a cut in it or it's glued together its FAKE - Only REAL chains has a SOLID loop
I wear fake chains who cares I rather have money in my bank then spend it on a metal around my neck ( but yet again I don’t flex it like it’s real, I just like the feel of it on my neck).
Jordan Rozich same, I could afford a real gold chain. But I just like the look so I don’t care
Gold is an investment though, its value increases over time so if u end up bankrupt or something you could sell your gold for a high price
Once you look at it enough, it's really unmistakable.
Bruh I’m laughing I was trying to see if the chain that my dad gave me was real and I clicked on this vid bruh but he wearing the same chain I’m wearing
Do you have white gold or sterling silver?
So you telling me my nigga’s broke 😤
the sound of fake gold. the smell. the reflection. the taste.
you got ripped off on your chain
blackoutmoney truth 😂
its white gold, he didn't get ripped off, if you knew that you wouldn't have said that
So True !!!
26 grams of 14k gold at 25 dollars or so per gram equals 650.... so you said 1100... almost 50 dollars a gram that's would be considered a rip off in any other situation... funny how people don't use this when it comes to gold as if gold doesn't have a trackable value
@@truthseeker1581 how do you know what the price of gold is the gram goes up or down every other day and if you bought it from a reseller they have to make their profit to

14k gold for a necklace is pretty shitty
you're wrong the brownish gold chain is just a different type of gold
+MyVlogz high purity gold does have a darker color but I was referring to the color of plated jewelry over brass which most fake jewelry consists of. That combo gives an ugly distinctive brown/darker combo

So 98% of my schools chains that dudes wear🤣
The more pure the gold is the less magnetic it is

Hi can I ask if the macys jewelry store is legit? Thanks
jhon esscamillia no. Most def not.
Could you get a 24k gold chain? Or is 14k the max?
24k gold breaks easy
24k melts really easy and 18k is the highest
You can from specialty apots and some of the Indian or Asian shops. They are rare and fragile usualy thick pressed links.
I’ll just buy fake gold jewellery because I don’t have money for real ones 😂😂😂
I was in your shoes once. Just got my first 3 gold solid pieces bro. It's worth it and you'll get there one day too. keep grinding , I had over 15 fake pieces
What's 14k solid gold bc I wanted to buy gold but it said solid gold 🤔🤔🤔
+Jeffery 進撃の巨人 just means it's solid. There's hallow and semi hallow chains that aren't solid. Everything is the purity that it's indicated (10kt,14kt,18kt).
JACOJE LYNX what city u in
I have a gold chain and I can't tell if it fake or real it has a carving in it which says GLD if you could respond your email or phone number so I could send a pic of it thx
Freedom 進撃の巨人 gold is categorized by karat. a karat is percentage go pure gold to a cut metal. pure gold (.9999) is 24 karat. so, you devide 100 by 24 and it come out to around 4 percent per karat.
so, 10 karat has ~%40 gold,
10 karats x %4 (per karat) =%40.
I just bought a chain for my boyfriend at a professional jewellers in a mall but I was holding it and it feels so light like soft plastic almost it’s only 10k but do u think that’s right?
Yea it’s gonna feel light. 14k shines better but would still feel light too so go with what you can afford.
Skip to 0:58 for actual tips.
I have a gold chain 10k 28 inches ,everytime i wash it ,it shines more ,it is heavy well it has its weight ,but if it was fake it will rust right when u shower it? When i shower with mine gets brighter , is it showering with it bad? Even doe its real gold , and my chain has a yellow shine color to it
I ask if it’s fake if they say No I keep it moving! I don’t need it to be real! I just need them to keep it real with me!
Is swap meet or el faró plaza is real or fake jewelry?
WHAT ABOUT TOTALLY REAL PLATING?
Gabby Flying Chef, unfortunately gold plating isn't desired by many jewelers simply because they cannot scrap it. When a store buys your piece, it's probably going to be melted.
I recommend going to a local store and ask if anyone in the area is buying "costume" or "gold plated" jewelery.
oh damn my dawg getting views!! Educating a lot of clueless people lol some people actually think a "real" gold chain means it's 100% 24k gold lol keep on teaching Professor Jacoje!!
+Definitely A Black Guy thank you my man!
