- I went to the Kgalagadi to find Brown Hyena and Caracal. Did I find them?
They are two of the rarest species in Africa and are uniquely adapted to survive in this hard environment among bigger cats like lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
The 3 main camps with shops and game drives are
Twee Revieren - This shop is the closest to the outside world and has the most. They also have a restaurant.
Noosob - Best game viewing as you can drive up or down
Mata Mata - Best fence camping and also there are meerkats here in the camp
If you go to the Kgalagadi your tire pressure should be 1.4PSI or less.
You must have a 2X4 or 4x4 with big tires.
There are wifi vouches at the shop - R75 for 400MB
You should stay at least 10 nights to make it worthwhile.
May is the best time of the year and September October
Spend 50% of your time in waterholes and the other 50% driving slowly looking for animals.

Thank you to my mom for helping me pack and get ready for this insane trip.
I did the trip all alone for 17 nights and it took 14 days to pack.
These trips are very costly and I would appreciate you helping me out with a monthly Patreon donation so that I can make more videos, better videos, and help you experience Africa.
