The poem (written at the beggining of the 90s) describes a disappointed communist that doesn't know how to handle the upcoming situation but stays with his ideas. The lyrics are very lyrical and not even 5% of the Greek truly understand their meaning, although they dance it as it is the most famous zeimbekiko song in Greece. The genre of the song is called zebekiko and it's considered to be a very emotional "heavy" music genre. Traditionally only men dance to zebekiko or women who are in pain ( widows etc) but any one can dance to this. Someone who knows how to dance zebekiko is considered like "tough".
