    Great Videos! You are one of the few photographers that provide tips that are useful in professional Shootings. About 90% of the other TH-cam Photographers don’t Know-how to use artificial light or they need perfect conditions to produce good results. These TH-camrs would never be able to work on a client brief. Keep up the good content!

    Question, I have the hardest time with choosing what Focus area to use when. What focus area do you use most and why/when would you change it.

    • @JiggieAlejandrino
      @JiggieAlejandrino  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Single point, because its easier for me to control because of the joystick and touch screen but since my camera has amazing EYE AF, my back focus is set to that and overrides everything

    • @TMIDD
      @TMIDD 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I use single point focus for my up close portraits when i need to capture detail. If im shooting a wedding photo of say a group of people i would change to auto focus with multiple points along with the f stop since there are more people to focus on.

    • @carolrodriguez306
      @carolrodriguez306 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      TMIDD TRAVEL autofocus with multiple points? Is your focus area set to Wide?
      I do use single point and is my preferred when I’m shooting one or two persons especially with eye autofocus.

    Lighting on the same side of the sun "ambient" seems like a no brainer but a lot of photographers do cross lighting but I prefer the same side as the sun!
    @4:14 that setting sun would not light that side of the face facing the camera it should be in shadow. For me, I feel like its too bright to be believable!

      @@JiggieAlejandrino Agree. "rules" are bad in my opinion! Noting is absolute. All is a matter of taste like I said I prefer adding flash from the same side as the sun to wrap around to the shadow area.
