Thanks for your helpfull video. But i got this notice "the OBJ file can not be registerred as a butto . the point where the Button attached to the garment must intersect the positive Y-Axis" How can i fix it , thank you
The imported OBJ must come into the CLO environment on the ground at the center of the grid. IF it does not do this; import the OBJ, place it there, [back down], export it out as an OBJ and use that when you register the button.
I’m attempting to use the buttons feature in order to create rhinestones for a custom design I’m creating. The issue I’m having is that when I’m using the seem-lines in order to create the pattern, when there’s a node it disrupts the seamless pattern. Any suggestions?

What exactly are you centering to? Should it snap to center in some way? What are you aligning to what area using the gizmo?
The complete button itself should be face up and centered to the ground grid. This helps CLO register it properly as a button.
Hi! Thank you for helpful video! But where did you get the maps for creating button?
these are found images or created by the designer.
Did you use substance painter or designer to make the maps?
I cannot confirm what program the designer used. But you can use Substance with CLO
