Awesome video !! Straight to the point, helpful, and informative; from the beginning to the end and back, no goofing around, concise ! Thanx !! I was totally lost w/o this vid, the owner's manual doesn't show anything, it just refers you to a confusing website !!
Fantastic. I'm a 68 year young woman travelling in my caravan..alone.. you made it so simple I did it quicker and easier than a man did it for me once..😅😅❤
Hi there , I have a problem with my carefree awning , one end is loose when rolled up [front end] . The ratchet end has a reasonable small two strand wire for LED lights, is that the problem. i hope you can solve my problem. Cheers Graeme.
Hi Graeme, This is caused from one of two things. possibility one: more thickness on one end of the roller than the other, you have said it is the led light version so that will definitely contribute, making sure you have the pull strap in the middle of the awning and not at the end when you roll it up will help with this quiet a bit. Possibility two: uneven tension on the roller springs, this can be adjusted by adding further tension however is rarely required. It is not uncommon for one end to be slightly loose compared to the other, if it is only a small difference I would not be to concerned as some movement is quiet common. If it is a large amount it may be worth having a repairer inspect it. Dale

Just what we needed - there's nothing helpful on the manufacturer's website, and no brochure. Thank you for good clear direction.
