Regarding overwriting a preset (around the fifteen minute mark in this video), is there any indication you've changed it, as a reminder for the long term? Also, is there a reset option, and if so will it reset only that preset, or does it reset any other customisations you might have made elsewhere?
To reset a preset, delete it, and do an app update. As to changing it, there is a * that appears when you change a preset. If you then save it, that overwrites the builtin preset with your changes. This is on purpose.
Note that if we update a preset with new stuff, it will also overwrite your version when you next update.
