This video came up in my TH-cam feed when I was looking for self massage videos to help the puffiness below my simple mastectomy and lymph removal scars about a year after my surgery. Four lymph nodes were removed and turned out to be negative for cancer. I had mostly stopped my self massage when I really didn't see much change in the puffiness. Your technique was different since the chest sweeping was done with great pressure than I had been taught. It also included the squeezing in the axilla. I starting using it two times a day, morning and evening. and truly believe I can see the swelling reduce. I'm not completely sure why in a couple of instances in the video you have the patient squeeze the axilla on the side from which she started to sweep, but I follow every technique shown. Thank you for making this video. It has really given me hope. I am suspecting that I will have to keep performing the massage for the rest of my life to keep the lymph flowing.

Hey I saw you in that other video.nice to hear your voice again. Yea my leg is not swollen but it is flooding... Hard to get the skin to grow back when it flows like this.. how's your day?
