Let's kick things off with the Scythe FUMA 3. When I first received this cooler from Scythe I had no idea how much the cost was. Fast forward to a few days before this build and I discover it's only $49! That's an absolute bargain for sure. I'm really enjoying the matt black aesthetics Scythe have implemented here, it's understated but certainly doesn't under perform.
The Cooler Master Q300L V2. Having zero experience with the V1, I went into this build without a comparison to the original. What I will say however is that for $59 this MATX case has a lot of character and is capable of housing some rather sizeable hardware given its small size.
Before starting with the build, I immediately didn't like the fact the front intake fans would be screwed directly to the front panel of the chassis. the fans being in such close proximity to the chassis would cause noise & restrict airflow. I do feel that the spacers used in this video are mandatory to reduce noise and increase airflow. Speaking of the spacers, they are made by Noctua. You will need to cut off the 8 corner guide tabs on them before using as they are designed for Noctua fans. This will take no more than 30 seconds and it's pretty self explanatory.

The Cooler Master Q300L V2 brings great MATX performance at an exceptionally low price. Improvements could be made to assist with fixing down the motherboard and the holes to fit the fans, but this is a small concern relative to the cost. As for the Scythe FUMA 3, this has to be one of my favourite tower coolers for under $50, the looks and performance are extremely great, combined with the reversed fan design for more performance. What's not to love?!
Many thanks to Scythe for sending over the cooler for me to check out. Keep up the great work!

Beautiful cinematography, no stupid music, no yapping and straight to the building. Thank you 🎉🎉
Your camerawork is really really something else. wow that intro
Thanks so much 😁 the setup for that intro shot took over 4 hours. We won’t even talk about making sure the fan stopped at the right moment etc… haha love that you can appreciate the details here 🫶
Yeah bro wtf looked like a mercedes commercial
@@Mr_Matt_Lee congratulations bro you deserve the 100K
Yeah right, that was insane! Amazing work. And another fabulous build.
@@Mr_Matt_Leeit was really out of thus world! 🤯 thank you for the behind the scenes as well. 😂
I appreciate you highlighting the difficulties with the build.
I’ve always said that whilst I don’t talk on the channel, if there’s ever issues I’ll always be transparent 😁 thanks bud!
you mean the obstructions? He could've installed the cpu cooler last and that would've resolve some of the issues
I remember when this channel just started and you were on 1K subs, I said that this channel would easily get to 100K subs very quickly and I reckon 1 Million isn't going to be too far off in a few years time. Congrats on making such a great channel that inspires so many people to build their own gaming PC. Really looking forward to the new studio space to see how far you can really take this channel, keep up the great work mate!
Awesome build and production as always, i'm particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the cable management in front of the psu, since there is no side panel to hide all the cables !
Dude, the close up lens shot was perfection, awesome content, thank you 👍
This is the kind of work that got you to 100k & beyond. Congrats. I remember also really liking the different IRL vid of the PC for your S.O. Cheers.
The comments on access and screwdriver lengths are really useful. Good stuff!
that zooming in at the first part is cool! you keep on leveling up your production! best as always
Best Intro yet Matt, just love the videos, exceptional work as always
I only recently came across your channel. What you do is unique, or at least I don't know of any other channel that does anything comparable. I'm really impressed and the variability of the videos is amazing. For me, it's pure relaxation. Thank you for that. You've easily got my subscription.
Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu 100.000 Abonnenten. Die Leute schätzen Ihre Arbeit und Ihren Stil.
The bloopers are getting better 😅.
Another quality build. I continue to love the black builds. 👏🏼
The quality of your videos is getting better and better,i love it.
Wow! New studio and 100K subs just around the corner! Congratulations are in order! 🎉
You're really nailing the visuals. Serious camera skills.
Video quality as always, cinematic visual and very nice. Especially for me, I love listening to the ASMR PC building
Wow this is a super nice build, love the all black build with the subtle white RGB ram! And the Fuma 3 is a great looking cooler, hope its working well for you. Amazing cinematic masterpiece haha!
That is such a nice and clean simplistic build that it is I don't know, I don't have words to express just how beautiful it is
Absolutely love your videos, the cinemaphotography is absolutely stunning. You remind me a lot of OptimumTech, you both do the same kind of style and I love it. Impressive for not even have passed 100K subscribers yet. One should have thought you'd be at the million already. Absolutely love your work Matt! 😊
Built this exact pc from this video and had it for about a month now, so far it works and looks amazing, sometimes i just sit and admire it
Matt, you bring totally new breath to pc building videos. Beautiful!
Excellent build. I really liked the opening camera shot between the fans.
Thanks bud! That was time consuming but also my favourite shot too! 😁🎥
Congrats on the expansion Matt!!
Love your content. Your work is not going unappreciated.
Another monday's blues cured. Thanks Matt. Looking forward to what you can do with the expansion.
Also, greaaat camera work on this one.
Thank goodness for the magnets that lifted the mesh ever so slightly so that the fan screws wouldn’t hit the screens. Nice build, I love the black with no RGB. God bless you kid.
almost at 100k bro. im very happy for you! keep it up 🙂 aaaand: great work bro, love the new makro shots. amazing production as always
Subbed at the first 20 seconds. Awesome camera skills man. Really.
Nice little PC without anything extraordinary. Very nice effects with the new lens. And a new studio, it's going to be even more extraordinary !!
the incredible level of quality in this video forced me to sub you
Some of the best Build videos I have ever seen!
I can't wait until autumn to see the brand new expansion of your studio ! this is so cool !!

New space looks great, can’t wait to see what’s next!
Almost there Mr Matt Lee towards 100k. I am one of the initil subscribers of your channel. Wonderful work. Love from Chicago.
I really love watching you're videos man 10/10 solid
Absolutely amazing build mate 💯
Stylish builds and pleasing music 😊
Cheers for you and the new studio, only good stuff to come, I have the version 1 of that case and it was a pain to find out through the internet that it was a hot chamber so after accumulating courage for months I took a Dremel and made 4 holes, 2 in front and 2 above of 120mm fan size and thermals improved just a bit, those tiny holes in the metal sheet are covering more than 60% of air if I recall correctly the gamersnexus video on the case.
Always an amazing vid, Can't wait to build myself a proper gaming PC
Пролёт камеры сквозь радиатор и вентиляторы - просто изумительно! 🤗
I can't believe this guy only has 100k subs. The content, the editing and the work on this is worth much more. I hope your channel grows like crazy anytime soon.
Cool Vid Bro! Love the Details as always! Keep Up! 💣☕🦾
maaan, i thought that was pro commercial for Scythe coolers when you start...that was brilliant work!
Congratulations on the 100k 💯❤
Mr Matt, that opening shot through the fin stacks was a freaking banger, chef's kiss. Well done, don't know if you're editing and filming yourself, but quality shit dude.
Nice build, like the aesthetics of the build, appreciate the production values of the presentation.
OMG! The video intro gave me the feeling of watching FUMA 3 film.
My everything Mr Matt Lee💜🖤
Sick production work and awesome intro track/s got a new sub.
this is impressive very sleek and fantastic production
clean build i think and satisfying of fans that he added what a tech
My God that intro!
You're a mad man!! :D
this level camerawork literally a piece of art 😯
The gray scale is superb.
Es otro niveo de edición, Felicidades tu trabajo es Extraordinario 👏
"Thank you for your videos, which have kept me company during my boring days in the military. Every video you create and concept you develop is truly perfect. I hope your channel reaches 100,000 subscribers soon!"
What a great Build,by the Way Your Vids are Useful.....:)
First I smash the like button than I watch the video 👌🏼
Good music choice as always - epidemic sounds?
New studio, great mate
You got the order dialled in my dude! 😅 Yes, I use a combination of Epidemic & Envato, depending on where, what and when I need 😬 stoked you enjoyed the video!
I'm a sucker for black minimalistic (visually) builds. Very nice. 🙂
Q300L was one of ma favorite budget case a few years ago, nice to see it back !
Heck yes! I didn’t build with the original, but I’m aware of its quirks and features all the same. The V2 is pretty sweet to be fair!
What a classy way to showcase a build 👍
Another Master Piece du resistance lol , keep em coming and looking forward to Autums expansion 😎❤🤛👍👍
Beautiful work ❤️
I had the first Q300L and it was a fairly good case. Happy that I see a tempered glass panel. Also like the new pattern on the filters. I just wanted the case wholes to be a bit bigger, such as the filter pattern to help even more airflow and silence. But aside that it's a very beautiful case. Great vfm. Your video is art, as always.
Igues it was cheaper for Coolermaster to just paint bigger fake holes to the filters. 🤣
Beautiful. I’m talking about your one man show production quality. The PC is nice too.
Really nice build!
Your videos are of excellent quality.
Love this, I have the q500 case and makes me want to build in it again. I already move to a full itx and I miss the using chunky coolers along with full ATX board
me encanto la prueba de ventilación que le realizaste...
Congrats on the 100k!!!🎉🎉🎉
Legend! Thank you 😁✌️🫶
my mobo, my cpu, this will be my case soon ;0) very clean build and cool vid
@Deyvn Johnston noted that if you put the cooler in last it makes the build process a lot easier. Love both your build and his build in this case
I have the Scythe Fuma 3 installed on my i9 13900k with the thermal right contact plate. All-core in Cinebench R23 never passes 98c on the hottest core and 90c average on all cores. Scoring 39k points. Its an incredibly capable air cooler for haveing 100% ram compatibility.
DUDE YOUR VIDEOS ARE INSANE❤
Looks so smol and cute. Hope this comes to India soon!
Add a Tatsumaki figure and this setup becomes 11/10 🤣
Also, mad props to the effort for making the shot and showing us how it is done on 10:58
Let’s go! Freaking love Tatsumaki 🖤 You’re most welcome for the behind the scenes at the end too, it’s always a pleasure to share my creative process where possible 🫶
@@Mr_Matt_Lee adding Tatsumaki would make this… CLASS-S 🔥 thank you for the quality content always ❤️
that's what i call a blackout build. amazing video edit.
sick camera skill
It's always great to see someone who replaces the stock fan in the Q300L for much better ones. I see a lot of reviewers for this case slap on overly powerful components (high TDP, budget mismatch) and rely on the stock fan for cooling, then act surprised that the temps on the Q300L are atrocious. Yes, airflow can suck on the Q300L, but can be improved by actually installing more intake/exhaust fans around the same tier as Arctic P12/P14.
Love your vids !!!! Insane! ❤❤❤😊
Nice work!
super nice build!
As always you make my day, especially today since I have the flu. Thank you so much Matt Lee.
Ohhh man, that’s not good 🙁 rest, drink plenty and get better soon 🫶
@@Mr_Matt_Lee Thanks for the Kind words Matt, But I have Work tomorrow, and I'm saving those leaves for Christmas. Thanks again.
Nice Beginn on his Video. Respekt! 🤩
Thank you 🫶🎥
Another Masterpiece! 😍
What kind of electric air duster do you use? And also what screw driver sets? The equipment you use is really amazing and that camera shot in the intro is something I have not seen in forever. You are amazing man!
Great vid!
