It's an amazing rifle in many respects. Very powerful, very air efficient, and designed beautifully for less lethal right out of the box. The only negative is that it only fits the stock rifled barrel and no other on the market at this time. It would be nice if a comparable smooth bore barrel were available or if some of the T15 parts were compatible. A launcher like this does well with Pepperballs but it also runs heavier Grimburg projectiles wonderfully and both options are good to have in a defense weapon.
Just to clarify; you are not actually able to run the heavier Grimburg projectiles (etc) in this gun, because the barrel is rifled? You need a smooth barrel for that?
@@Sildokaj A smooth bore could be better for a few more Joules of power but honestly after 1.5 years of experience now with my VKS, the rifled stock barrel is great. No problems at all with Grimburg JULs and it feeds HP68 rounds just as well with a strong mag spring.
The PEPPERBALL line also Shoots Grimburg hp68 Jul and Roundball (Rubber bullet ) But the YELLOW 4GRAM RIOT Ball Rubber are the BEST AMMO for ANY PEPPERBALL GUN. tcp or this 1
Valken/milsig m17 can be modified to shoot at 390/400 fps with 10grams balls. It's about 57 joules of power for 300 bucks and it's full auto. What does this that the other doesn't ?
@RCHobbyGuy92 I can make my own parts, I don't care too much. I've stressed the platform well above those limits already. Also, by the look of the VKS' internals, it doesn't seem like it's any different. It's a blow forward system, just like the M17. Another point in favor of the M17. It can be bought in Europe, shoots in the 7.5 joules limit of German rules, and the user can modify it at will in its own privacy. The VKS cannot be bought here. OH, and it 4 TIMES cheaper and comes with FULL AUTO...The VKS doesn't stand a chance.

Buy a Tippman TMC air through the mags hold up to 20 .68 and fires pepper balls, paintballs, hard nylon or glass breakers and costs less than a quarter of the price of this very similar item. The prices of these things are ridiculously high and cost more than the real thing that is proof tested, solid steel and will kill. These are no more than fancy toys.
based on the hard case, I think this kit is designed to be sold to law enforcement and then they decided to also sell it to consumers. I think thats why the price is so high

A Tmc is for paintball shooting 3gram balls at 200-280 FPS max.. 10-12 joules max ..the Vks,t8.1 and t9.1 could hit 40 joules and beyond with 8-9 gram projectiles or jul’s easy ...
@@henrywilliams5458 There are people getting 40 joules out of the Tippman when they have customised them. It also depends on what you do the test for joules or foot poundage. A light paintball will not generate the same figures as a glass breaker ball that is heavier.

For that price you can keep it. Anyone paying over 1000 bucks for a paintball gun is crazy. For 300 and change you can get the same thing. You just need to shop around for adjustable pressure. Which this has. I saw a guy shooting jaw breaker rounds sending them through 3/8 plywood. And they still traveled another 30 yards. He fired from 25 yards. Believe it was the m17 rifle nice looking gun. Not like this neon looking thing. If you want the enemy to know where you are buy this.

Actually it has the same power as the t9.1 ... it’s just a new version of the t4.1 and although it’s advertised as 28 max joules it can however shoot over 40 joules using a ninja tank with 1100 output pressure

my valken m17 is shooting 10 gram balls at 44 joules and 4 gram balls just under 500 fps i can still go higher and its full auto at 400 cad
