LEXMARK MS510dn PAPER JAM 241.06 do you know the solution?

- Lexmark MS510dn does not pick up the paper JAM 241.06 can someone help? You can't even hear the rollers moving. It only loads from the manual feed tray. Thank you for any tips.
Lexmark MS510dn nie pobiera papieru ZACIĘCIE 241.06 może ktoś pomoże? Nie słychać nawet żeby ruszały rolki. Pobiera tylko z podajnika ręcznego. Dziękuję za ewentualne wskazówki.

Check paper lift gears !! On the top corner of the tray there is a gear that if you move it, a metal plate is going up. If it’s not going up get the tray upside down and check the back of the gear if the plastic that pushes the metal plate is broken. I tried another tray and everything worked!!

Clean carefully the pick tires with isopropyl alcohol. That works for me.

Cleaning the pick tires with isopropyl alcohol fixed it immediately!
For anyone who doesn't know, these rubber tires are above the paper, recessed on an arm that pops down only when the drawer is fully inserted, so they are extremely inconspicuous, and invisible unless you position yourself below the drawer cavity, looking up at its roof. You can gently pull the arm down to get access to the full roller (tires) for cleaning.
I do confirm your recommendation did solve my problem on a Lexmark Mx711de

Намотал изоленту (6 слоёв) под ролики захвата бумаги. Почистил ролики изопропиловым спиртом. Помог спирт.😉
А вот со скользящими роликами у меня проблем нет. В моем случае коньки вообще не крутятся.
I found a work around press 2 and 6 together then power on, enable safe mode, then exit admin mode and you will be able to print in safe mode

Może komuś pomoże, u mnie akurat problem z MS817dn ale może to dotyczyć w zasadzie każdej drukarki. Przeczyszczone wszystkie rolki, szczególnie te pobierające papier środkiem odtłuszczającym. Kilka sztuk nowych drukarek świeżo wyjętych z pudełka nie pobierało papieru, musieli gdzieś na etapie składania i smarowania elementów wytłuścić także rolki, całe ramię było tłuste, po wyczyszczeniu rolek problem jak ręką odjął.
Pewnie, że taka informacja się przyda. Dzięki.

Cambia los rodillos del papel y las gomas normalmente son las que vienen abajo de la impresora color verde o gris.
La recomendación de MrVlaou soluciona el problema.
the solution is replace the paper pick tires or just flip it uninstall them and flip it inside out and install them

No właśnie nie rozwiązany, zutylizowałem 16 sztuk z tym problemem.
@@MrRicoh Jeśli dobrze kojarzę, gdy spojrzysz od tylu maszyny na kasetę, będziesz widział przez otwór czy rolki poboru się opuszczają i czy w ogóle się kręcą. Może to być wina solenoidu który odpowiada za tą sekcję poboru, bądź enkodera który znajduje się nad pobieraniem, w środku maszyny, dostanie się tam jest dość trudne i czasochłonne. Takie coś przychodzi mi do głowy, przynajmniej do tej pory takie usterki u mnie występowały. Oczywiście Jeszcze zdarzyło mi się, że rolka zwyczajnie się ślizgała albo z powodu brudu, albo z powodu potraktowania jej złą chemią.
Tutaj raczej było słychać że maszyna czymś tam kręci w środku ;) Aaa jeszcze kolejna sprawa, tam przy rolkach jest taka "flaga" która się opuszcza i sprawdza ile jest papieru w środku, jeśli jest choćby trochę wykrzywiona (A zwykle nawet tego nie widać) to źle pokaże ilość papieru maszynie, i drukarka źle podniesie tace z papierem, co za tym idzie, rolki będę się kręciły w powietrzu i nic nie pobierze :)
Older types of pick tires, which were gray or tan in color, can possibly cause this issue. Pull the tray out from the drawer and locate the pick tires (A).
Check if they belong to the newer type of pick tires, which are green in color. (from lexmark)
so if they not grey it could be problem with sensor....

It's very strange because I never knew the new green version of Paper Feed Roller for this model.

From the back of the printer there is a gap between the back stop of the tray and the printer itself, with a flashlight you should see the inside of the tray and how the rollers lay on the paper. If the rollers are touching the paper and when you send a print job the rollers spin but the paper doesn't move, then you should clean the rollers with alcohol and if that doesn't work, then replace the pick up rollers and check again. If the new rollers don't work either, try cleaning them too; from the factory the rollers come with some sort of releasing agent from the mold inyection machine where they are made i soppose. If all of this doesn't work, try using fresh paper and/or changing the paper tray.
Also, while you are at it, check if the metal tray inside tray 1 lifts when you send a print job, sometimes the tray doesn't lift and that's due a faulty tray 1 lift motor. Happened to me once
