Standard bin is the Sensor at the exit of printer, look where paper comes out you will see a black lever that should go up and down as the paper comes out, it's probably stuck in the up position . so it tells the printer there's too many paper on the top of the machine. as if you printed 300-500 copies. try to wiggle it loose

there´s no reset for that, you just need to buy a new toner cartridge

You could just go to config mode without powering off/on and holding 2&6.

There is not unless you delete all security options, there is a jumper in the main board to do that.
