I think Project density is very high, around 1650 units in 10 acres which is like 160 units per acre

these builders purchased the land parcel for the same price similar to Neopolis in 2021.. They Should have to see the Budvel segment as new IT park rather than comparing existing neopolis.. So the prices should be less compared with Tellapur & Neopolis..

Sir tall buildings should be the future .. with gud urban infrastructure .growth should not be horizontal .. it will kill nature and agriculture lands in long run

Not denying that we need very good town planning . Europe no high rises because of less population density . But for india urban cities high rises are needed with good infrastructure. You know depts are corrupted we can’t achieve 100% , yet we have to survive
