you can be a vampire slayer. You can slay vampires (even when you are a vampire) then throw cures (which must be in your inventory) which turns them human. But they can be turned back into a vampire. Hope that helps

If you read some folklore that the Vampire Academy books based vampire transformation on, a Strigoi (immortal vampire) first has to take blood of someone and then have them take some of their blood to be transformed.
