I appreciate you building this very much! ❤ I hope you know what playlists like these mean to us 90s kids. It's a solace from our very own depression and the chaos of the current world.
i was surprised just how many would forget the game existed! pokemon snap and hey you pikachu were my first ever pokemon games and while hey you pikachu isn’t all that functional it’s still such a core part of my childhood nostalgia
@jazzminrice pokemon snap was my first Pokemon too, when I played it at Blockbuster! Mainly bc I was a Digimon kid and resistant to Pokemon for dumb reasons.
@@AtomicBaby123 i’m happy it did because i got emotional making it 🥹 yoshi’s story is one of the earliest games i’ve ever played and beaten to the end so i hold it dear to me even with all its flaws, listening to its ending theme again for this playlist made me tear up
@@jazzminrice Putting five ending tracks in a row at the end of this series made sense to me given what you said in the video description, and makes just more sense given what you said in this reply. What a way to finish, I'm really touched as well.
Thanks for the upload Jaz! And thank you for your candor regarding how this video came to be. I read the video description while I myself was having a bad day. This music helped me through. Hope you are well and that things get better for you.
What's the background image from, did you make it or get it from somewhere? It's actually nogtalgic, a lot of the "90s" ones are never accurate but this one seems cool.
i had found it from a reddit post which i’ll link here! www.reddit.com/r/crtgaming/comments/o3r3n9/my_very_lowbudget_gaming_setup/ the cozy and nostalgic feeling when looking at it made me choose it over others for this compilation as it looks like a room that has been stuck in the 90’s-early 2000’s
@@madguitar1086 it’s the sound of powering on the n64, it’s a sound that brings me nostalgia of when i would excitedly be turning on my n64 during saturday mornings

Finally, a relaxing 64 playlist that remembers Hey You Pikachu exists!
i was surprised just how many would forget the game existed!
pokemon snap and hey you pikachu were my first ever pokemon games and while hey you pikachu isn’t all that functional it’s still such a core part of my childhood nostalgia
i always wanted hey you pikachu but it did not release in europe as far as i know. id love to play it
@jazzminrice pokemon snap was my first Pokemon too, when I played it at Blockbuster! Mainly bc I was a Digimon kid and resistant to Pokemon for dumb reasons.
The videogame OST safe my life, miss u (G)old Times 🖤

N64 music just hits different. Even some of the less-than-great games had amazing music.
So many great tracks I remember and I still play some of these games today 🤩
already feeling sad n nostalgic with the first song
Absolutely love this. Such a wonderful atmosphere!
This is a wonderful trip down memory lane, thank you.
The Yoshi Story ending is incredible
i still have that old soundtrack of yoshis story on CD. will always be in my heart ❤
She does it again!!! 🐙 I love ur playlists they r so beautifully crafted !! 🫶🏼🌱🍄💚
donkey kong 64 used to freak me out. the size of everything compared to the player was intimidating
banger list, good mix of the classics and some underrated gems. truly find something new here
ooof ouch, right in the nostalgia
The ending was beautiful. Bravo Jaz! Great playlist.
Nice -- probably the first playlist I've heard with Silicon Valley!
dannnnnnnnnggggg I knew that Mystical Ninja the second I heard it. Great pick!!
I love these playlist!!! Thank you so much!
Thank you! Great vide in this compilation :)
you never know who's mind u will touch
love the channel
when games used to be works of art....
The thumbnail just showed me that DK built his tree house in a Genesis Tree from Legend of Legaia
amazing! thanks for upload :)
Part of "end credits - the legend of zelda ocarina of time" (around 1:21:23) sounds extremely similar to the end of the Staff Credits for Starfox 64.
I guess I have to request part 4. Hahaha 😅😅
Doesn't start with Dire Dire Docks as per tradition, but I'll let it slide.
Subbed
