As a woman, this would be aggrevating, and I think we owe it to our women to, after literally a million years give or take, finally fucking say, "sure...we'll start using feminine identifiers where we know women are being spoken about, and we'll start using both masculine and feminine identifiers when the gender of the subject is unknown." I think that would probably be a kind thing to finally do, don't you? Language evolves, sure- as I just described, but you know what? Culture evolves too. Time to evolve, my friend.

Huge nintendo fan here in my early 30's. I never went to the weather channel, but damn, wishing I did. This night theme could easily make me pass out and fall asleep. Wish I had memories of it when I was a teen.

I knew I couldn't be the only person who's felt this way recently! I felt that way especially with Resident Evil 4. The entire soundtrack and the menu sounds feel like things I should've grown up hearing but I was stubborn because I liked the older style and the demo for 4 when i was a kid was too hard lol. I played and beat it 5 years ago finally and was like wow, i really missed out with this game! It is strange though that you play a game in your 30s and realize you could've lived years knowing songs or vibes and had memories with those but you didn't have a specific console or didn't like rpgs at that point.
I would say Dire Dire Docks is the og of relaxing Mario themes. I used to go to sleep all the time to this after I got home from elementary school. Good times man we had it good in the 90s...
