Beautiful work. Beautiful video. Thank you for sharing. I am currently learning to build custom electrics of my own body and headstock design with black walnut. It looks amazing... and every piece feels like original art.
Are you learning to build electric guitar yourself? every building electric guitar skill is in TH-cam. I learned everything about building electric guitar in TH-cam. Also I strongly recommend you guitar builder & repair master Garry Haze. hazeguitars.com Visit his blog and read all of his article, also purchase his E-book. In the E-book, you can learn all of guitar set-up skill. In addition, his recently released guitar wiring e-book is great. I learned all about electric guitar wiring in this e-book. Good luck!!
@@sixircleguitar7664 thank you for the honor of your time and advice. TH-cam has been extremely helpful. I wanted to learn through discipline and perseverance, rather than convenience. So I started by going to a lumber yard and selecting two slabs that could make up to seven bodies. That way, I had numerous opportunities to make mistakes. I hand-carved the first two bodies with a couple of chisels. Then moved on to learning more tools. Then power tools. Along the way, I have messed up everything you can imagine, learning patience, discipline and respect for the process... and I've never had so much fun. The necks were already assembled, with paddle headstocks to carve down, so that's my next process to learn, after paint and finish. Then fretting and wiring. I am a graphic designer by trade (25 years) so people have continually said that the original design and logo look good... but there are a hundred other little things that can go wrong, as you know. I am now completely addicted to learning and constant improvement. Thank you, so much, for the advice on another content creator... and thank you for sharing your art.
I learned all guitar making skills in TH-cam. You can find videos you need if you have passion. Guitar making consists of 90% wood working and 10% of other skill. learn basic wood working skill first and once you’ve mastered some wood working skills, guitar making is easy. Also wood working skill is in TH-cam.
@@sixircleguitar7664 the Japanese have been masters of woodworking and metal for hundreds of years before the USA existed. A friend let me see one of his Japanese books on woodworking and joinery, once. It sparked something and now I'm having more fun than ever.
Yes, in the East Japanese wood working skill and tools are common. But when it come to wood plane, western style plane is recommanded. Japanese style plane is specialized in soft wood but western's is specialized in hard wood. most woods in electric guitar are made with hard wood, so western style plane is optimised for electric guitar.

EVH had a say in the design of this guitar....
Yes, I love Van halen in the period of playing with AXIS model.
Also I strongly recommend you guitar builder & repair master Garry Haze.
hazeguitars.com
Visit his blog and read all of his article, also purchase his E-book.
Awesome work! It was a pleasure watching it. Would you make a neck for the same guitar I have (the neck on my guitar is bad) ? I understand if you don't do such a work, so no worries at all.
You really want to order me? you can find my e-mail in my TH-cam channel information tab.
How much American dollars would this guitar cost ? Amazing !!
it's $4800. ( Gotoh tuner & bridge / Duncan picups )
